Lucy in the Sky Review "Shimmer Tie-Up Halter Dress In Gold" "Gabby Halter Ruffle Dress in Black and Silver Shimmer

This is the best store to go to if you need a party dress ASAP! My favourite part about their dresses is that most are adjustable in ways to make them fit your body specifically. I LOVE the shimmer tie-up halter dress, it might be my favourite dress from this store yet. I also really liked the gabby halter ruffle dress, I just wish I had a bigger chest to make the dress look more curvy on me. Regardless, two super cute purchases that I will be able to wear to many occasians.

Lucy in the Sky Worth the price

I bought the Capri Ruffle Tie Dress in Lavender in a Medium. The color was a lot more pink than the photo, but it was cute and decent quality. It's not the color i wanted but I don't mind the difference. The dress was on sale so I think it was great for the price point. The wrap part crosses a little weird but it's not something anyone would notice. It's a little short, but I like that since I'm 5'2" it's a good length on me. I'm ~120 lbs and the medium is perfect, since it's form fitting but not too tight.

Lucy in the Sky VERY quick shipping, quality product, happy teenager!

My daughter decided to go to Prom on Monday. Prom is on Saturday. 4.5 days for shopping - GO! - there's NOTHING local. NOTHING online that had 24 or even 48 hour shipping. Then we found Lucy in the Sky on Tuesday. We eagerly paid for the shipping that stated we would have it on Friday. Note that it was shipped on Wednesday. We got the dress on Thursday(!), tried it on, it fits and now everyone is happy! I'd suggest measurements to get the right fit - my daughter is usually a 4 or a small or medium - we did measurements and she was actually a Large. Dress is perfect and exactly as described. No additional stress.

Lucy in the Sky Great clothes

update on the below review. As my order was partially shipped, I have reached out to customer service to ask the status as I see that online the dress is available to buy and actually receive in 2 days (I purchased the dress since 7/7), as per customer service, when I bought it I was giving a time frame to receive as they did not have it available at the moment, now even thought they have the dress I have to wait for my time frame.

I placed an order of a few items, one of them was to small. I reached out to customer services as i did not want to returned the item i just wanted a size exchange. They prepare the returned and gave me a store credit so i can order the item again. Besides the customer service being excellent the clothes are excellent as well. I will definitely continue ordering from them.

Lucy in the Sky Love this online store!

Lucy in the Sky is my favorite online dress store. My daughter, who is in high school, often has trouble finding dresses she likes that fit her well, but for her last three dances, we've found great dresses on lucyinthesky.com. Another thing I love is the superb customer service and return policy! Just recently my daughter needed a dress for a dance, and the first one was too small, so we easily sent pack (did not pay for postage), and we chose a new one. The new dress was shipped in a timely manner, but unfortunately, that dress was too big. Because we were running out of time, I emailed and worked with Pasha, who was so helpful! She offered to credit our account as soon as we shipped the dress, which she did, and we were able to have a third dress shipped out the very next day. Thankfully the third dress is PERFECT! I highly recommend Lucy in the Sky!

Lucy in the Sky Aida Puff Sleeve Chiffon Maxi in Black Dots

-lucy in the sky- I bought the dress as mentioned in the title of my review (Aida Puff Sleeve Chiffon Maxi in Black Dots). The information given on the website says the models are 5"9 and are all wearing smalls. I also looked at the size guide, which recommended a size small for my measurements. My bust is 31 inches(fullest part), waist is 25 inches(narrowest part of waist), hips 36 inches(widest part). Well I bought an XS. It fits perfectly everything is fitted, like a glove, not too loose not too tight. Now my hip measurement also includes my butt. People consider me to be slim thick. This dress comes with an attached short type thing that is more so an underwear type shape. The dress itself isn't stretchy, the shorts part is but this part was too small for me because of my butt. It diggs into my cheeks leaving that indention look instead of seamless. I'm 5"7 and the dress touches the floor about half an inch maybe less.

Lucy in the Sky Amazing styles and Amazing customer service

Hi all! I'm from Washington and currently a 2nd year graduate student.
I have been purchasing so many dresses from Lucy in the Sky. There are 3 main reasons that make me want to keep a business with the shop are: 1st Their style are amazing, classy and sexy. The size always fit correctly and the quality is so worthy. 2nd shipping always come on time, at least for my experience. 3rd Amazing customer service. I am experienced with customer service of Lucy in the Sky over an issue of shipping. My order once did not come on time and I emailed their customer service. I got a reply the next day and they were very NICE and FAIR. Everything was situated very well in a great manners.
All in all. I support Lucy in the Sky and their business. They are doing an amazing job of making sure their customers are happy on top of their high quality clothing as well as their styles.

GO BUY YOUR DRESS AT LUCY IN THE SKY :) You will not be disappointed!

Lucy in the Sky Fantastic customer service! Felt heard and respected!

My daughter purchased a dress for $95 that was too small. Store policy is strictly "store credit", not refunds. After checking their site out, it was apparent that everything they sell would also cause sizing issues. I brought this up with the site, and they reiterated what their policy was. I again asked nicely if they would reconsider, as it was an expensive dress and 'Store Credit" would be useless in our case. My 'live chat' was then disconnected, and I thought that was the end of it. I tried once more to contact the live representative, who on connection apologized for the disconnect, and surprisingly told me they had contacted a supervisor and they allowed a '1 time refund" due to the sizing trouble, and promptly refunded the purchase!

I was very surprised and happy for this and I am 100% pleased with the outcome. The associate I spoke to went out of her way for me, and I just am grateful they did. I did not expect for this resolution to end favorably for me!

Lucy in the Sky Company has gone down the drain

For background, I have purchased from this website before back in December of 2020. I loved my item and had no complaints. Quick shipping, fast customer service. Yes they only offer store credit, but I always check return policies from any store before purchasing.
However, I just tried purchasing again in early February. Most of the items I wanted had a note that said something like "estimated delivery date ?" with a time frame about 3 weeks from the day ordered. Fine, I had plenty of time before my event. Well I changed my mind a few days later (I wanted something else instead) and asked for a refund (because the item hadn't shipped yet), and they replied immediately and told me it would be about 10 days for processing depending on my bank. Great. Then I ordered the other item I wanted instead, a few days later. Here's the catch. This second item also had a time frame of about 3 weeks for delivery. 2 days before the delivery date, I still had not received a tracking number. I reached out, they didn't reply at first, so I sent another email and they told me it would ship in 72 business hours (about 3-4 regular days after the original delivery date). They also offered a $15 credit for future purchase. 72 business hours pass and I email again, this time I also reach out via live chat which I didn't realize before that they had. The person on e mail told me they were going to cancel my order because it was back ordered! The person on the live chat told me I would get my item an additional 4 weeks after the original delivery date! This time they only offered an additional store credit if I chose to not be refunded to my payment method but thats okay, I won't shop here again anyways. I definitely want a refund to my card not store credit. The final catch? The first item I mentioned that I canceled wayyy back in early February (only a few days after I placed the order) I still HAVE NOT received my money back for. Shady. They just keep saying it is processing.

I understand businesses have been struggling over the past few years, but most companies are upfront about back ordered items and don't require multiple emails from the consumer to find out what is going on. This, plus the fact I still haven't gotten my refund from over a month ago, is very shady to me.

TLDR; haven't gotten a refund over a month later and they kept changing the delivery date until they finally just cancelled on me, and now who knows when they'll "refund" my money.

Lucy in the Sky Shein quality goods? Make it make sense please

I used to be a huge fan of Lucy in the Sky, however their product have severely declined in terms of quality and material. I recently ordered some items from Lucy in the Sky, and ill give my reviews for each item below:

Party Girl Glitter Mesh Set in Gold (size M - paid $84.15 total): This set came in three pieces: a tie-back top, a mesh skirt, and a "bottom undergarment". I initially didn't even want to try it on because I did not want to revoke my eligibilty for a refund because the items have to be "unworn", but I said f*** it. The top came unfinished, especially in the portion that connects the left side with the left bust. The material has threads sticking out and the sewing job is uneven, sanwiched, and looked chewed up (picturs below). The material of the top is a different story; it sucks. If you are larger than an A cup, this is not the top for you, because there is absolutely zero support. The skirt is made of the same itchy material, and gets caught on everything, and snags on just about everything. And finally, the "bottom undergarment", they are the most unflattering grannie panties to ever be seen. The material is atrocious, flattens your butt, hides your figure, pinches your skin at the waist and hip seams, all while simultaneously exposing every crevice of your body, including your lips, if you know what I mean.

Claudettte Cinched Bodycon Dress in White (size M - paid about $54.00 total) Material is absolutely thin and completely see through, as I dont even need to hold it up to a light to see my hand through it. I can literally see my hand print and skin through the thin material.(pictures below). The back tie portion of the dress is a very thin string (same material as the straps from the Party Girl set) that would definitely break after one wear. Again, I dont udnerstand why I am recieving Shein quality for such exorbitant prices. If I wanted Shein, I would have ordered from Shein.

I sent a message regarding the Party Girl Mesh set and just recieved their generic "we will get back to you in 72 hours" email, which they never did, and I'm not surprised. I have a feeling that Lucy in the Sky cares way more about this website, and will read my review and then magically a response will show up from them, either in this review thread or my inbox. I also dont udnerstand why it is my responsibilty to go through the hassle of shipping back faulty and completely unusable products? Are you even going to accept my clothing because I have tried the pieces on, considering them worn now? Also, why do you want the faulty products back? Is it so that you can "fix" the garmet, and then put it back on the shelves to make a profit from another customer?

Regardless, I am done waiting for them to fix their mistake. I can always file a chargeback (which I am going to do if I do not recieve a reply back from them), which is less hassle and takes 5 minutes of my time. So really, this review is just for anyone looking to shop at this online boutique, and are curious about the items I ordered.

Funny enough, I have been waiting over two weeks for my last order from Lucy in the Sky, I ordered the Melina Bodycon dress in Orange (size M), and when it comes in, I'll let you guys know LOL!

Lucy in the Sky Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with Lucy in the Sky Fashion

Oh man, let me tell you about my experience with Lucy in the Sky. I was super pumped to check out their site because all the clothes looked so freakin' cute and they didn't seem too expensive. I read some people had bad experiences before ordering, but I was willing to take the risk for the sake of fashion.

I ordered two dresses, one green for a wedding and one white for my college graduation. I received the green dress, but it was a total disappointment. Quality was bad and it wasn't worth the money I paid for it. But the real tragedy was the white dress - it never came! I got an email saying it would arrive after my graduation date, which was insane. I emailed customer service to ask for a refund, but they told me to wait a few weeks to see if it would arrive. I had no other options, so I waited. After that period, I reached out again and they said I was getting my money back. But guess what? No refund ever materialized. I checked my bank account for about a week, still nada. So I emailed them again, and the same story repeated itself.

Honestly, it's been about five months since then and still no refund. It's ridiculous. If I were you, I wouldn't gamble on buying anything from Lucy in the Sky unless you're ready to accept the 50/50 chance that your order may or may not show up. And if it doesn't, they will keep your money and you'll have nothing to show for it. So take it from me, fellow fashion lover, don't fall into the same trap I did.

Lucy in the Sky Lucy in the Sky: Total Disaster From Start to Finish!

So, I decided to give Lucy in the Sky a shot and ya know what? It was a total disaster from the start! Let me tell you about it.

I was trying to get matching dresses for my daughters to wear on their flight on Sunday. So I ordered from Lucy in the Sky, hoping they would arrive on Saturday. I kept checking the tracking info and it said "delayed". So I called up FedEx and they said the shipper sent it late and it didn't make the truck. So I couldn't get the dresses until Monday! But I wasn't having that, you feel me? So I went and picked them up from the facility myself.

But when I got home and opened up the package, I realized they sent me an XS and an M instead of an XS and an S like I ordered! Who does that? So I had to hit up four different stores to find two dresses that kind of matched. It was ALLOT of aggrevation.

So, I messaged customer service to let them know what went down. They asked for pictures, so I sent them. And they said they would give me a refund for one of the dresses. But I was like, "Yo, I couldn't use either dress because of YOUR mistake! And I had to buy two new dresses on top of it!" So I asked for a refund for both dresses, ya dig? And I asked to speak with someone over the phone because these emails were confusing as heck.

But they told me that the person I was talking to was already the manager, and they couldn't do anything else for me. WHAAAT?! You messed up and you can't fix it? How unprofessional!

I am NEVER using Lucy in the Sky again. And I'm gonna spread the word to anyone who'll listen, because they only respond to nice reviews and can't handle unhappy customers. So yeah, that's my $0.02 on this hot garbage site.

Lucy in the Sky Lucy in the Sky's Ridiculous Return Policy: In-Store Credit Only!

So I was shopping for dresses for my daughter when I came across Lucy in the Sky's website. They had some really cute options, so I decided to order a few to make sure we got the perfect size and fit. Well, one of the dresses worked out great, but the other two didn't. No big deal, right? I'll just return them and get my money back.

Wrong.

I didn't realize that Lucy in the Sky only offers in store credit for returns, not actual money back. And let me tell you, I am not happy about this. I tried to chat with customer service about it, but they just kept telling me that their return policy is transparent. Um, excuse me? If it was so transparent, why wasn't it front and center on the webpage?

Turns out you have to click and search through the frequently asked questions to find the return policy, which is just ridiculous. I don't have time for that. And honestly, who expects an online store to not offer actual refunds in 2021?

I am not about to spend $180 on dresses that my daughter doesn't need, so now I'm stuck with in store credit that I don't even want. Lucy in the Sky is just being greedy and keeping people's money for themselves.

Honestly, this is just really bad customer service. I don't think I'll be shopping at Lucy in the Sky again. It would make more sense for me to have kept the dresses and tried to sell them on my own to get my money back.

Overall, I am not a happy customer and I wouldn't recommend shopping at Lucy in the Sky. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to shop.

Lucy in the Sky Lucy in the Sky Review: Terrible Customer Service, Faulty Products, and No Refunds - Buyer Beware!

So, here's the deal. I recently ordered a dope dress online from Lucy in the Sky and let me tell you, it was not a cute situation. When the dress arrived at my door, it was stained and completely unwearable. Ain't nobody got time for that. I put in a request for an exchange via email, thinking it would be no biggie. But Rhea, the person who responded to me, straight up told me that they don't do exchanges. Rude, much? I mean, I get it - policies and whatnot. But c'mon, this dress was ruined. So I was like alright, whatevs, I'll just return it and get my money back. After all, I had another event coming up and still needed a fly outfit. Rhea replied, cool cool, and sent me a return label. Fine. Then, I decided to order two new dresses that added up to like $200. My plan was to try them both on and return the one that didn't fit. Seemed like a solid plan at the time, especially since I thought Lucy in the Sky was good with returns and all that jazz. Fast forward a few days and I get an email saying I have store credit for my original order. Um, what? That's not what I wanted, and I thought I made that clear. So I told Rhea what was up, explaining that they made a mistake. I even emailed pics of the faulty dress! But this chick tells me they don't do refunds, even when the dress they sent me was damaged goods. What the actual hell?! I mean, at least hook a girl up with some store credit for the new dresses, right? But nope, she told me it was too late and that the new dresses had already been shipped. Which is complete BS, because I didn't get any tracking info or emails or anything like that. So now I'm stuck with over $200 in store credit and no need for fancy dresses. Honestly, Lucy in the Sky is hella unprofessional and I feel like Rhea totally scammed me out of my hard-earned cash. She knew I wanted a full refund, but instead let me spend more money on dresses I didn't really need. Lesson learned, y'all. Don't waste your time and money on Lucy in the Sky.

Lucy in the Sky False Advertising Alert: My Experience with Lucy in the Sky (Misleading Claims About Made in LA, No Pick-Ups, and Bogus Addresses)

Hey guys, I just had a not so great experience with Lucy in the Sky and wanted to give you all a heads up. So, they claim on their website that all their clothes are made in LA, but guess what? That's just a load of cow patties because it turns out they're actually made in China. Yep, I did my due diligence and even tried getting a hold of them to ask for the real lowdown on their products and the addresses they listed. But, no dice! The addresses they provided weren't even real, and I double-checked with Google Maps.

Now, I don't know about you, but I take issue with companies that advertise falsely and mislead consumers. I live in LA and ordered three dresses from them, but faced a bunch of issues. The first dress in green arrived in two days, but the others in blue were nowhere in sight by the time 10 days had gone by. I tried to get in touch with their customer service through their chat feature and finally spoke with someone named Daniella M. She told me that there was a backlog and that I wouldn't receive the blue dresses until August 12th, 2022. That's a whole month after my initial order!

When I asked for an explanation, she told me their website was overwhelmed. Really? Sounds like a lame excuse to me. What's more, when I tried asking if I could just go pick up the dresses myself, Daniella said no and that they didn't allow pick-ups. Again, what gives? I mean, if they make their products in LA like they claim, why wouldn't they allow for pick-ups? Daniella also initially told me that their business address was "private," but then magically revealed a location on the second floor of 1200 Wall Street.

To wrap this up, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Lucy in the Sky. They clearly lied about where their products are made and don't allow for pick-ups in downtown LA even though they supposedly have a "factory" or something there. I was even more skeptical when I saw that the tag on the green dress said "Made in Los Angeles," which wasn't true. So, my recommendation is to stay clear of Lucy in the Sky until they can prove they're playing fair or until the FBI decides to investigate them.

Lucy in the Sky Lucy in the Sky Review: Great Customer Service, Slow Shipping & No Refunds

So I stumbled upon Lucy in the Sky's (lucyinthesky.com) website and decided to give it a try. I ordered an item on my first go and was kinda bummed when it took longer than expected to ship. According to the website, it should've taken 2-3 days, but it ended up being more. Although, they did mention that they were working with new suppliers and it might take up to 10 days. I figured it was just a one-time thing, and I went ahead and contacted customer service. They were super courteous and responded promptly.

But then I ordered two items on my second go. The first item, I received and wanted to return. I contacted customer service again, and they hooked me up with a pre-paid label for the return. That's great and all, but they only offered store credit instead of a full refund. So just a heads up, if you plan to return stuff, you'll only get store credit.

The second item, though, didn't even ship yet. It's been two weeks, and I was kinda getting antsy. So I hit them up and explained the situation. They apologized and gave me store credit for waiting that long. Another two weeks go by, and still, no item arrived, so I contacted them again. This time, they gave me a full refund because they couldn't get the item in stock.

Honestly, if only they were able to ship stuff in time, I would've given them more stars. The customer service is excellent, and the quality of their clothes is not bad. It's not high-end stuff, but not cheap china-made apparel either. So quality-wise, it's comparable to H&M, Forever21, and stuff like that. Some pieces were better than others, though.

But here's the kicker: if you're ordering an item for a particular occasion, make sure to order it ahead of time. I did and still ended up not having it in time for the event I was attending. So if you're time-sensitive, you might want to look elsewhere or just make sure to purchase one item at a time to avoid any possible mishaps.

Lucy in the Sky Lucy in the Sky Review: Poor Customer Service and Refund Process

Okay, so let me tell you about my experience with Lucy in the Sky. I was so pumped to order from their website (lucyinthesky.com) and I placed my order on March 14, 2022. The website said that my item should arrive on March 23rd, but when April came around and my package still hadn't arrived, I started to worry.

So, I reached out to Lucy in the Sky's customer service team. They told me that the item I had already paid for was no longer available. I was pretty annoyed at this point - I had never received an email about this and would have been left in the dark if I hadn't contacted them first.

To be fair, the person I was chatting with did start the refund process and I received an email confirmation of this. However, weeks went by and I still had not received my refund. I had to keep following up and each time they apologized for the delay and had to start the refund process again. I mean, come on, this is basic stuff. If you say you're going to give someone a refund, you should actually follow through with it.

I seriously doubt that I would have ever received my money back if I hadn't reached out four times. I still haven't actually received the refund either, so at this point I'm starting to think that Lucy in the Sky is a total scam. I'm not one to throw that word around lightly, but seriously, this is ridiculous.

I was really excited to support a small business by ordering from Lucy in the Sky, but they have completely let me down. I will never order from their site again and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone either.

I did reach out to a manager to see if they could help resolve this issue and ensure that my refund actually gets processed. I'm hoping that they can confirm that it will hit this week, but if it doesn't, I'll have to dispute the charge entirely. I really don't want it to come to that, but I can't just let them keep my money without ever actually following through with a refund.

So, there you have it. Lucy in the Sky might have cute clothes, but I would not recommend giving them your hard-earned money. Maybe they'll shape up and start taking customer service seriously, but based on my experience, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Ok, so let me tell you about my experience with Lucy in the Sky. First off, the website is a total mess. I spent like, I don't know, 30 minutes trying to add three dresses to my cart and the site just wouldn't cooperate. I was totally frustrated, like come on, just let me buy your stuff already!

Then, when I finally got to the checkout and tried to use a coupon code, it wouldn't work. So I contacted their customer service rep, Maria, and let me tell you, she was a total disaster. She promised to add the code and give me a partial refund, but then a few days later I got an email saying that my order had been canceled! Like, what?! I was so mad, and when I contacted Maria again, all she could say was "oopsies".

I was pretty pissed off at this point, but then things just got worse. Maria said that she would make a ticket to try and sort things out, but I needed my dresses right away for a vacation I had planned. But instead of handling the situation quickly, I was left waiting for days with no response. So, yeah, three strikes and they were out.

I decided to give them one more chance and reordered two of the dresses. But honestly, they weren't even worth the $50 each that I paid. The fabric was way too cheap and the cuts were too revealing for my taste. And then, as if things couldn't get any worse, I remembered that their refund policy only allows for store credit. Like, seriously?! So, I ended up warning other people not to make the same mistake that I did.

The worst part was that I was supposed to get a refund of $140.40 for my canceled order. They said it would take up to 10 business days, but it's now been way past that and surprise, surprise, I haven't gotten my money back. So, I'm basically filing a credit card dispute right now. Honestly, this company is a total joke. Avoid it at all costs.

Lucy in the Sky Lucy in the Sky review: Horrid experience with shady business practices and poor customer service!

Hey guys, I'm here to warn you about this one website called Lucy in the Sky. I had a horrid experience with them and based on my own personal experience, I have some shady things to highlight.

So, I ordered two things from them around March this year because the clothes looked hella cuteee. Here comes the first problem - they promised to deliver it by a certain date, but I never received any information about a delay or anything. God, please, at least let me know if you don't wanna make it at the promised date, right? Anyways, they later informed me about the delay and I had to reach out myself.

After that, I spoke to customer service and things seemed okay. They said that they'll give me a refund for one item and promised the other item to be shipped at the end of April (we'll see if it ever arrives!).

Moving on, after 20 business days, I still didn't get a refund nor any explanation as to why it did not happen. That's problem number two. So, I spoke to them again to ask where my refund is. Guess what? Problem number three - they had no reason to provide me as to why my refund never occurred. Now they're telling me that I'll get my refund in 5 business days. Can't trust them enough that it'll actually happen, y'know?

I really do not recommend anyone to order from this website. Their shady and unethical business practices are off the charts. Like, do they even care about their customers? I'm not sure if they're hoping people will just forget about their money so they won't have to pay them? It's so sketchy. I'm honestly scared that they have my financial information. Who knows if I'll ever get my money back or receive the item that they claim is shipping soon?

On top of that, their customer service is not communicative at all. Sure, I did speak to one good representative, but today, the representative was just plain rude and condescending. Sending smiley faces doesn't make up for it, buddy. Oh, their phone number doesn't work and it's impossible to get in contact with a supervisor or manager. The worst company ever - do not buy from them!

Lucy in the Sky Lucy in the Sky Review: Cute Clothes, but a Giant Red Flag

So, I was scrolling through social media the other day (just like any average human being would do) and I stumbled upon this cool-looking website called Lucy in the Sky (lucyinthesky.com). I checked it out without thinking twice. I was immediately impressed by the concept and the overall look of the site. The clothes looked pretty cute as well, so I started browsing.

At first, I was really digging the vibe of what Lucy in the Sky was putting out. I came across this v-neck jumper that was available in three different colors. One of them was a non-see through purple, and the other two were see-through. I zoomed in to get a better look and to my surprise, ALL THREE had RAW EDGES. And I'm not talking about a fancy raw edge that's supposed to be there. No. This was an uneven, someone-just-took-scissors-to-it sort of raw edge. I was like, what the heck?

I clicked around the website for a bit to find out more information about this questionable raw edge, but couldn't find anything. Then I saw a chat option and decided, okay, let's give this a shot. I highlighted the questionable see-through options and pitched my question to the chat representative. I had to explain what a raw edge was, and to my annoyance, I was told that the purple one had a finished edge despite clearly stating my query was NOT about the purple one.

To add to my frustration, the site contains information about needing to do extra work on the clothing for "better quality." At that point, I just couldn't see myself spending over $100 for a polyester piece of clothing that I'd end up having to re-sew for it to be a "higher quality" item. I closed out on some things I had my eye on and left the site.

After reading up on reviews on the company, I realized that perhaps I had dodged a bullet. The lack of quality combined with a chat representative not understanding their own product? Not my cup of tea. And apparently, Lucy in the Sky is engaging in some shady tactics by paying people to write good reviews for them. That's not cool, man.

In conclusion, Lucy in the Sky may have some cute designs, but this 'business' is one giant red flag. I'm all for supporting small businesses that offer quality products, but this just wasn't it. If you're one of the unfortunate consumers who have already been duped, my recommendation is to get your money back through your bank, credit card company, or PayPal.

Lucy in the Sky Purchased 2 dresses, received 1

I placed order 3072153 with Lucy in the Sky on 9/19/2022. I purchased 2 dresses Holly Ruched Cross-Back Dress in Teal Size Small L55829 which I received, but requested return multiple times via 3 different email addresses/Instagram over the course of 3 weeks. The other dress I did not receive is Kalene Bodycon Dress in Blue Size Small L52753. Again, I have tried contacting Lucy in the Sky Multiple times over the last few weeks via email, Instragram with an automatic reply that someone will be contacting me in 72 hours, which never happens. I also called their phone number listed online, which just rings and rings. I am furious and feel like this company has stolen money from me due to the dress I have not received and my inability to confidently return the dress for a refund. I spent $110.00 on the two dresses.

Desired outcome: I would like my money refunded 100%.

Lucy in the Sky communication/non receipt of dress

i ordered 2 dresses a month ago and received one. i was told i would receive the other one a week later, but never have. i have emailed a request of information about it for 2 weeks almost everyday and was emailed a reply each time saying i would hear something within 48 hours. I have never received any information on this whatsoever. I paid for the dress in advance with the understanding i would receive it shortly thereafter. i still haven't and it was for my daughters homecoming so she had to get another dress.

Lucy in the Sky Beware

What does your website name mean? What Lucy?
Ok, my complaint is not about it.
I would like to complain about their customer service that is blind and deaf to their consumers' needs.
Stay away if you don't want to be ignored. And the website itself is a trash.
Look at the goods. Most of them shown in stock, but it's not true. If you order and pay for it, it may be that you paid or the air. Yes. And they will give you a really hard time if you want to refund. I have no doubts. I went through this process and must say it's disgusting. Awful treatment. Careless, soulless. Simply terrible people.

Lucy in the Sky Not the best experience

Found LucyInTheSky and decided to give it a try. Ordered a dress from them and it took them forever to deliver. When it finally arrived the size was incorrect so it all ended up that I had to send it back in order to get a replacement. Quality of the dress was great and it was lovely, but it was very small. They promised me a replacement but later contacted me and said that they had only small sizes left. So I asked for a refund and they gave me a store credit. Not what I expected. I'm very disappointed with LucyInTheSky.
