LPT Medical review: Invoice number INV-7883. - assuming I was lying about returning a machine that didn't work.
The testers say it works but I swear it didn't work for me and I tried on multiple occasions including before sending it back. I can't believe you would keep 500. dollar for restocking. It is bad enough you basically call me a lier but then you keep 700 dollars! I want a refund of the remaining money. This machine didn't work when in my position. the only air I got out of it at all was on a level 4 setting on the puffer mode. I bought it because my puffer was not working for high altitude, I need consistant and this machine was suppose to provide consistant flow. It did not do this.

That feeling when someone tells you “it works” but you know it didn’t for you — that’s so invalidating. I believe you. A machine can test fine on a bench but fail in real life, at altitude, with your specific breathing needs. And keeping $700 restocking on something that didn’t deliver what you bought it for? That hurts. You trusted them with almost $3000. The least they could do is trust you back. Don’t let them make you feel crazy. Your experience is real. Keep pushing for that refund. You deserve consistency, not gaslighting.
