The testers say it works but I swear it didn't work for me and I tried on multiple occasions including before sending it back. I can't believe you would keep 500. dollar for restocking. It is bad enough you basically call me a lier but then you keep 700 dollars! I want a refund of the remaining money. This machine didn't work when in my position. the only air I got out of it at all was on a level 4 setting on the puffer mode. I bought it because my puffer was not working for high altitude, I need consistant and this machine was suppose to provide consistant flow. It did not do this.

A machine can test fine on a bench but fail in real life, at altitude, with your specific breathing needs. And keeping $700 restocking on something that didn’t deliver what you bought it for?
