I had the pleasure of speaking with the representative Andrew V. today regarding Medicare options. He was very helpful and walked me through the process so I could understand what to expect. This company should have more employees as well versed as Andrew.

I took out one of their policies with the promise that they would help me if I needed anything in the future, I was told that someone would call me about a new drug plan since I would be leaving my old plan to go with theirs, I can't get anyone to return my calls and no one has called me. They lie just to get you to take their plans.

Matthew, as well as Rick before him, took the time to help me wade through the options and understand my choices. They were patient yet professional. Matt was understanding and patient when the answers I wanted weren't on the menu. I wish them both much success. Rick may soon serve you well in a training capacity. I have some training experience myself, and he has the mindset for it.

We've been clients for many years. The staff are professional and well informed of the annual changing policy protocols. Most important to us, they provide deeply personalized service. Their honesty and integrity are impeccable and is always foremost in their clients' relationships. We have highly recommended the company to friends with complete confidence that they will be treated as special as we have been.

They are my agent of record and I think they are trying to get customers to cancel their policies in order to sell a new one. They first called and said they had a letter from Mutual of Omaha stating my policy with was canceled. They could not produce the letter, in any form. I then call Mutual of Omaha and found my policy was fine and in good standing and no such letter was sent. Then I received a paper bill from Mutual of Omaha, which was very strange as I had direct payment from my checking account set up, when I asked Mutual of Omaha who made the change they stated it was my agent of record which is Healthcare Solutions direct! I was on hold waiting for a conference call with Mutual of Omaha and Healthcare soultions to see about the billing change and the agent from Healthcare solution direct hung up and for the third time today I was speaking to the Mutual of Omaha billing department. Mutual of Omaha people have been great in getting me answers. I received nothing from Healthcare solutions direct, no answers no explanations.

They lie about the best companies with the best premiums. They quoted all the companies premiums telling me I get a household discount because I don't live alone. My wife is with a totally different company then Aetna. I was lied to by Ashley Weaver extension 1113 from Health care Solutions direct from Tampa ,FL. I stared away from Aetna to Mutual Of Omaha being told they are the best company because they do not raise their rates being a Mutual company. I was stared away from Medicare Advantage plans because you have to pay a $6700.00 deductible before they pay any claims. This lady did not know what she was talking about between Co Pays and Deductibles. She told me I would spend $6700.00 more being on Medicare Advantage. I told her I wanted the Medicare Advantage plan and she kept trying to stare my to Medicare supplement plans. Telling me Cigna and Liberty Banker are terrible companies, not A Rated like MOO . I was told that Mutual Of Omaha keeps their premium the same because the are Mutual. LIE LIE LIE. When I called back Ashley told me she was the Manager. LIE LIE I called and left a message for Terry the Manager, who never called back.

Healthcare Solutions Direct called me and wanted to walk me through the Medicare supplement options available to me. This was an unsolicited call that appeared to use ghosting to make a robocalls-call. After asking me several questions they connected me with a person they said can handle my insurance in Virginia. This man said that he needed information from me so that he could get me the best Medicare Supplement for me. He started asking me a lot of different questions about my demographics and still had not identified which company he is working for. He asked me my e-mail address, which I told him I was not comfortable giving him at this time, I then said he hasn't even told what company he works for, only a third party company. It was at that time he said he worked for Healthcare Solutions Direct. I said let's proceed with looking at options with an e-mail and that if I want him to e-mail me something after we talk I will give him my e-mail. He then turned almost threatening in that I would lose money with a Medicare supplement if I didn't work with him right now as I would miss my Open Enrollment window. I don't know how they got my name, phone number, and the fact I will go on Medicare next year but I have a feeling they are obtaining the information in a manner that violates privacy laws and should be investigated for that.
