We purchased an Arya oxygen machine last May from LPT Medical it if Florida. The machine stopped working in April of this year-less than a year from purchase. We calle them because it’s under warranty-and they told us they are behind in service and could take 6-9 months for it to get done-then told us to “rent” one from them for ANOTHER $600. We are positive that the machine hey charged us for and sent us was NOT a new one-it was refurbished. This is there scam-sell refurbished machines to the elderly and veterans that need them for fulll price-then make the extra money off the rentals until the machines are sent back out-this is a revolving scam that has affected thousands. Read the reviews onlineAtheybhave been doing this for years and have so many complaints against them-but they are still doing it! When will someone hold them accpintankoe for their actions? When! My uncle was a helicopter pilot in Vietnam-this is his machine-he deserves better treatment and service than this!
