Went shopping at your Mililani Mauka Location.

Never will shop there again, and I will make sure to let all my friends and family know how you treat customers with your pre-dispositions.

I received a phone call from my Manager. Unfortunately, I was on the phone with the Manager to help resolve an issue she was having at one of my Restaurants.

During this time, I failed to get a cart and walked into your store. While on the phone I roamed around in the store for approximately 19 minutes.

When I was done, I realized I needed a wagon. As I was walking out, I noticed you gesturing to the man you were speaking to and both of you looked toward me. You watched me as I left and returned with a wagon.

I shopped.

Your self check out cashier told me I couldn’t use the self check out. And there was NO ONE in line. Instead he calls someone to come and ring my purchase.

I asked “I am not allowed to use the check out because I was walking around on my phone?”

Cashier gently smile and said oh no. It’s just easier for you to come to me.

She was Pleasant but I am not buying that excuse.

As I leave with my PURCHASED items. You stand there and watch as I leave.

If you are trying watch your inventory against thieves. I suggest you use another method.

You were unprofessional, rude and arrogant at

best. To think that any customer would want to be back to your store, when the prices are 100% higher than Wal Mart down the street.

I just wished I had gotten a picture of you, then I could show people what a weak Manager looks like. All you had to do was ask what I was doing.
