Liars and scammers
I paid the $199 for the Logo as discussed with the salesperson. They then came back and wanted $911 for a USPTO payment which I made. They told me they would give me the registration number for my logo with the USPTO which never happened so I disputed the charge on my credit card. They produced fake emails between me and them that showed me okaying what they were doing. This never happened. My bank however ruled in favor of them. They claim my bank never gave them the $911 - my bank clearly states they did. Now they are trying to make me pay an additional $1700 for registering my logo!
Recommendation: Do not use logogenies.

I was promised a refund within 12 days. A month later I didn't receive my refund and they stopped responding to my texts, emails, and chat. they totally ghosted me! I had to call my bank and dispute the transaction.
If I could give this company ZERO I would. What a scam! They charged my card $29 and someone eventually called me. I was with a client so I asked them to call me back the next day which they never did. They charged my credit card $29 for services I never received. After disputing the charge with my credit card company they sent PHONEY paperwork to them showing I was actually chatting with them back and forth -- which never happened! They said they created and completed a design for me -- which never happened! How could they know anything about me or my company if I hadn't even talked to them. So they're making all this stuff up and lying to my credit card company making it difficult to get my $29 back. I called the company and they just hung up on me. It's not about the money anymore -- it's the principal. They should not be allowed to get away with this. They're probably making money off tons of people and getting away with it. They should be stopped.

The 4 logos were not satisfactory - all had the wrong spelling at the outset. One of the logos depicts a design that Walmart uses on some products for sale - clearly not original work. I hired Logo *** for a fair price to create a logo. After the revisions were completed, I was told I would receive a call from the legal department to finish up the process. During the call I was told my logo would be copyrighted. No mention of cost was involved. It was not until the end of the call that I was told there was a fee and I would be invoiced for the fee and would receive an email with all of the details. I did not receive the email and the money was taken from my account without my permission. I have emailed several times asking for documentation, to no avail. I was told I would be contacted by legal if I gave a time I would be available. I gave a window of time and have not heard from them. The cost is more that is reasonable. I feel I was deceived by this practice. There was not documentation from the beginning of the process stating a copyright was required. There was also no information about cost or rights to cancel.
