Gregg has done work for me in the past and has always been there when I need him. He works hard to get things done perfectly and expects his crew to take the time necessary to get dock work done right. His book of pictures showing the great work he's done over the years speaks volumes.

Livin EZ Docks built a new walkway and ramp and moved an existing dock for me. They did an awesome job. Top quality work and attention to detail. Very responsive throughout the entire TVA permitting process. Gregg Williams was awesome to work with. Highly recommend them for your dock work.

They built my dock but got behind schedule due to storms. Because of this they installed composite decking were i had quoted treated. Also, 4 months after completion, a storm damaged a section of my roof. They came out and fixed it, again, at no cost to me. They will keep me as a customer. Thanks Livin EZ Docks!

Livin EZ Docks recently performed some work for me. I used Livin EZ Docks several years ago. I have enjoyed working with the team and will highly recommend to my friends. I have compared other docks on the lake and I believe I have one of the best docks on the lake. Livin EZ Docks also provides service after the sale.

We purchased a used dock from a customer of this company in the summer of 2019. Part of their contract was to deliver and install the dock on our property on the same lake. They delivered it but the install was not done properly. It floated away a couple of months later, causing significant damage to the dock and walkway that we now have to repair.

Called several dock companies in our area for a quote on dock repair. Livin ez docks/Mr *** was the only dock company to respond in a timely manner. The crew perform professional work and Mr *** checked in with us several weeks later. We will always use livin ez docks for our repairs and refer them to our neighbors going forward. Excellent dock company!

STAY AWAY ! Gregg is the stereotype of a used car salesman. He will tell you anything you want to hear and promise impossible delivery dates. Once he gets your money, phone calls emails and texts go unanswered for months (literally). We bought a used dock, he was the owners' rep. We received it 4 months after the promise date with ZERO communication during that time.

I've been doing business with Livin EZ Docks for ten years now. If I have a problem, they come out and fix it as they did today. They did some welding on a break and didn't charge me even though they should have. They do good work= they are very busy but do good work and I live on the main channel of KY Lake which takes a lot of abuse. Greg and his group do quality work. They welder that came out suggested some things to strengthen the dock which I will definitely do

Livin EZ Docks installed a dock for my family 3 years ago. Gregg Williams has stayed in touch and actually performed some TLC at no charge last year. When the storms came through last night with high winds Gregg text and asked if we had any damage. I was out of town and Gregg went by and checked on our dock and text me a picture of dock being fine. This is the type of service that I appreciate. I would recommend Liven EZ Docks to anyone. Greg and his team really stepped up to get our dock finished for the July 4th weekend. Great looking dock and great customer service. We all know the current material availability and delivery issues due to Covid, and yes, it impacted our dock getting finished by the original due date, but Greg worked through it and was able to substantially complete it on time for our family weekend. We have had several people in boats come by and complement the dock also. I would encourage anyone looking for a well built dock that looks great to call Greg. Just be patient, kind and courteous and you will get what you want from the team at Livin' EZ Docks!

I did extensive searches to find the right dock fabricator for our home. Livin EZ Docks provided by far, the best competitive pricing to anything with 300 miles available of our home. More importantly, the work performed was impeccable and of more solid construction than I could have anticipated. I saw a concern, not related to the quoted agreement, which the company agreed to modify at no cost to our family. At this point, I see future additions I'd like to have completed because I know what quality of work I will receive and they are moving forward with me on solidifying next year's project hopes. I can guarantee you will get the best dock on the lake with this group.

We love our new dock! We asked Gregg to repair and improve a 25-year old dock at our vacation home on Kentucky Lake. The transformation was stunning. He and his crew promised to begin within 4 weeks but were on site within 10 days. We made changes to the original design which lengthened the process, but Gregg called or texted us weekly updates and pictures of the work as it progressed. He returned calls quickly. He was easy to work with and followed through on all of his promises. The finished work - rebuilding supports, replacing floats, replacing decking, adding two swim platforms and a roof - is high quality and beautiful. I highly recommend Gregg and his crew at Livin' EZ Docks. They really did make the process EZ!

I have been told several times that they would be coming out to build my dock. I am trying to schedule their work at my location. I spoke with them last week and they were planning on coming out this week. I have not heard from them since. I have called and left messages everyday without response,.

I paid *** in full for a new dock and walkway to the shore in August and he promised it would be built within 45 days and installed. As of 6/1 he has only replaced 1/2 of the walkway and will not answer or return calls. Last time we spoke he stated he was "running behind" as the reason it isn't complete.

was contracted to complete a new dock with installation. Contract was signed on 7/12 with a scheduled completion date of 12 weeks. Work has not been completed as of 05/03. *** has told me on numerous occasions via text that he will be there to finish but never shows up. I have tried calling, emailing, texting to get replies and an idea on completion but get ignored. I have given him a deposit of $13,000.00 with the remaining balance due upon completion of the dock.

and I paid 12,500 dollars for a deposit to build our dock. The contract states 6 weeks depending on weather. This was back in February 20th. He stated it would more likely be 4 weeks. In 5 days it will be six months! I have called and texted several times to at least get a response and nothing. I have the contract that is signed by both of us. For someone to take such advantage of a disabled veteran is absolutely appalling! I have already mentioned to *** That he has until Monday the 17th to at least respond to my calls or texts or I am perusing a refund/lawyer and moving along to another company.

On September 3, I entered into a contract with Livin EZ Docks to build and install a dock. This contract states completion within 8 weeks after deposit was received. *** Owner, received a deposit of $9,000 on same date. No contact with the owner has been made since the initial deposit, even after weekly phone calls asking for updates. His voicemail is full and not taking calls but we get an occasional text stating "it will be completed next week". This is basically the same story we get weekly. The bottom of the dock has just now been delivered, after SEVEN MONTHS. It is still not anchored, but sits tied to a tree. There is still a lot of progress to be made; the time frame of delivery and lack of communication is unacceptable. I am genuinely concerned that our Dock Permit and Extension will now expire before the dock is completed.

Complaints are accurate - poor communication, time mgmt., cust. serv. & professionalism Will not recommend Want $ back or boat dock installed ASAP! Unacceptable!

7/20 signed agreement with owner to construct and install covered dock w/lift, ramp and walkway from house to dock. Agreement stated 10-12-week completion-weather dependent. Gave owner 50% down payment. TVA permit issued Oct 16, 2020. Owner indicated he thought project would begin soon. Text and phone correspondence with owner and sometimes foreman as many as 25 times from 11/2 through 4/13, with many times getting no response at all. On several occasions response was a promise the project should start or be completed in the next week or two but very little progress seen and only when persistent. . A picture of supposedly our dock built at another location and not yet installed on our property was sent to us on 4/13 by foreman; no ramp or walkway built or scheduled for install yet. Calls to owner get no response. 26 weeks have passed since permit issued; 38 weeks since deposit paid. We have been more than patient and just want the project completed in the next few weeks

I signed a contract with *** on March 25. Stated 10 weeks to complete (baring bad weather). It is now Nov 17 2020 and not completed (8 months). I have sent ONLY 9 different texts with ZERO response. May 4, 20 June 29, July 6. July 15th he texted me and said dock was in water. July 28th he had it at my house...not attached to shore. Aug 4th attached it to shoreline. August 24 still haven't been back to finish the bumpers and ladder or lift. Sept 9 I texted and he texted back, "Lift finally about ready to pick up. Should install next week and install hard plastic bumpers also." Sept 14 "Will be installing hard plastic bumper on Wednesday." (two days) also stated, "Hope to get lift installed this week also." They did show up on the 16th to work but ran out of drill bits. Sept 17 "...I'm scheduled to pick up lift next week and we will get lift installed." Oct 12, asked about dock..no response Oct 27 asked about boat dock again. He did respond by telling me the lift will be in water next week. Nov 6 texted with no response. Nov 13th, texted with no response. Almost 8 months with a dock that is not completed. Won't return texts..only hit his mark one time when he says he is going to do work. I am tired of waiting. No reason, no excuses, just no information passed on to me about why he can't show up or work.

March , the company installed an overhead lift and new floats for the dock. In May , when the water level was appropriate to lift the boat, it was obvious the floats installed was not the correct size and waves would come over the dock surface because it set to low in the water. Additionally, one set of cables installed on the overhead lift was incorrect and I was having a lot of problems when lifting the boat. Pictures were sent to the owner and he agreed the floats were unsized. The owner agreed to have the new ones installed which was completed the first week of July but the cables were not reinstalled correctly. He said they would come back to complete the cable work. Unfortunately, the new floats did not fix the problem and made little to no improvement for the dock. What is frustrating is he knew the size of my boat and motor but still installed undersized floats. On Jul 22nd I provided the owner the manufacture weight of the boat to ensure he had the correct information. He agreed the dock needed deeper floats and would order them. In October he told me they have the floats and would replace the floats. In his text he said "We'll get you 100%". Two months go by with no update and then in December I got a text that they would be replace the floats and fix the cables on 14 December. No one showed up to replace the floats or fix the cables. I've been trying to contact the owners since December and he will no longer answer my phone calls or text messages.

As of this date, Livin'EZ Docks has failed to complete our boat dock. Construction of the dock started in late September . It was only supposed to take a few weeks to complete. An incomplete dock was delivered to our house in November . Additional work was done in December , which included stairs/steps for access. April , two new boat lifts were installed in lieu of one new lift and one used lift; however, one of the lifts was undersized as per agreement. Livin'EZ agreed to rectify the undersized lift with an additional float to increase capacity, which has not been installed. Outstanding items as per contract include the delivery and installation of the following: two used jet ski floats, additional boat lift float, and a significant amount of bumpers through the dock. Livin'EZ has failed to respond to inquires about the completion since May 18 with the exception of two acknowledgments via text from Livin'EZ requesting to call us later; however, no calls have been received from Livin'EZ. Additionally, since May 18, numerous attempts have been made by us to contact Livin'EZ. Another text communication attempt was made with one of Livin'EZ crew chief's; however, no reply has been made to date. Original agreement for the dock was made in November . Down payment was made at that time for $13,000.00 with the remaining balance due upon completion. Since December , in order to get Livin'EZ to complete the dock, progress payments were offered. After an April progress payment, no work has been performed. We are aware there is an outstanding balance, but the dock is not complete as per agreement.
