They just put a new roof on our house, showed up exactly when they said they would, guys were very courteous and efficient, Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process, highly recommended, would use their services again

Nextgen did an amazing job in working with us on price, options and scheduling to install the new roof. The crew was considerate, timely and did a great cleanup job. I did not have to pick up anything that was from the old roof. Hats off to Shawn R and the entire company.

After having my roof replaced my NextGen I thought I had a leak. 2 of their men came out and determined it wasn't the roof but the window above where the leak was occurring. They didn't have to but they caulked around the window to hopefully stop the leak. They went above and beyond what their responsibility was to fix my problem and I really appreciate it.

Overall, the new roof looks good. I had a question where the roof meets the siding and TJ said he would get back to me, still waiting from a month ago. They finished the entire process in one day, very good. Clean up got about 99.5%, only a few nails here and there to pick up. Brad, our salesman was terrific. The final billing was questionable, I had to ask for a statement. Over the phone, I was told the final bill would be 6 to 7K. Then told 7800, then the printed invoice arrived for 7500. I would recommend them, just watch the billing.

I first contacted NextGen with a quote request online at their website to have my roof replaced as well as replace a piece of fascia that blew off in a storm, they called within the hour to schedule the inspection and quote. The quote came in where I was expecting and hired them for the job. Their crew showed up at the scheduled day and time and had it done the same day. Not only did they do a great job on the roof, but they did fantastic covering my bushes and other parts of the house, including moving the solar lights along my walkway. They put everything back where it was and made sure the entire property was cleaned. I'd highly recommend them.

Superior service! Bob *** started the ball rolling with a comprehensive roof inspection with photographs and explanations. Bob made sure to meet the insurance inspector to help the process. After picking color of roof and full explanation of all processes and materials used including clean up and dumpster, we scheduled our roof with TJ. Easy. Then we worked with Chris who coordinated the work crew to start the roof. He was smart and weather conscious! On the perfect day the skilled crew properly did the entire 35 square roof including tear off and clean up in 12 hours! They were hard working and very polite! Next day the QA man arrived and inspected final product. Then the rolling dumpster, yes rubber soft wheels on our driveway, was promptly picked up. This was the smoothest contractor experience I have ever been a part of! NextGen fires on All 8 cylinders all of the time!

I had tried to schedule several appts with area roofers, none showed. Josh T, from NextGen Restoration was a cold call, I have never in 56 years accepted a cold call. Thank God I accepted this one. We didn't even know the guys were here to tarp the roof until they started hammer (as told by Josh), amazing! The work performed was organized, noninvasive, and time considerate! Clean up was the absolute ? bomb! I've heard horror stories about finding garbage, getting flat tires due to nails, dumpsters not being picked up on time. Well, with NextGen, I HAD NONE OF THAT! I was only able to find 1 single nail when all was said and done. It was actually under the dumpster! Still have not found a single nail since! If I had another roof, NextGen would be doing that one too! Every employee I met was spectacular and above board! Thank you NextGen for such an awesome experience! ***, Bedford, Ohio.

This company was recommended to me by a good friend and I am SO glad they were. My husband and I had serious water issues due to several blocked ice dams on our roof and needed emergency repairs. My first contact was with Jared - he came to our house within 48 hours of our initial call. He was able to assess the damage and educate us on our options. Our roof was at least 15+ years old and we felt a total replacement was for the best. Jared took his time with us, answered our MANY questions and provided us with a virtual model of our home to see what styles/colors would look best on our roof (this was pretty cool!). He was very responsive and let US make the decisions - he simply provided options and his expertise - absolutely ZERO sales pressure. Jared and team also worked with our insurance company and existing insurance claim that my husband and I filed prior to contacting NextGen. This was a huge burden lifted off our shoulders, as we had never filed an insurance claim before and didn't really know what to say. Jared and team took care of it ALL - what a relief! On the day of the install: the workers were on-time, extremely polite and thorough. They were there from 7:15am until about 5:45pm making sure they cleaned up all debris in our yard and driveway. After install: I contacted NextGen and spoke to Lauren (who was lovely!). She sent my husband and I some before and after photos and scheduled a quality inspection. I met with Jeff about 2 weeks later - he did a thorough inspection and let us know a few (very minor) things were missed and committed to fixing them right away. Jeff also came up with solutions to repair a separate issue we are having with an addition that was added to our home. Overall, my husband and I are extremely satisfied with NextGen and their service/quality/attentiveness/care. I wanted to mention Shaun and TJ, too. All staff we spoke with were knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you all so much!

Nextgen Restoration messed up my property when they were working on my neighbor's house. They left debris on my roof from my neighbor's roof and blew roofing materials into my house. They also dented my spouting and put marks in my siding. The owner wouldn't give me their license and insurance information.

Nextgen was supposed to fix our roof after the storm, but on May 4th there was a big fire. Our insurance company gave us a check for $6404.00 for the repairs. Since there was so much damage and the house had to be rebuilt, the insurance company used their restoration company. We cancelled our contract with NextGen, but they kept 20% of the $6404.00. They sent us the rest, $4445.64. I don't think this is fair. They got $2200 for doing nothing and we have to pay back the original $6404.00 to our insurance company.

I hit up Nextgen Restoration 'cause some tree branches fell on my roof during a wind storm and my roof was leaking. They helped me file a claim and had me sign some papers saying they'd do the work on my house. I had to pay $1400 out of my own pocket plus my insurance check of $7125. They charged me $505 and still haven't done the work. My ceiling is still leaking and when I called them, they didn't call me back. I called to tell them another company is gonna do the work and they won't give me my $505 back. They said I gotta pay a cancelation fee. I don't think I owe them anything 'cause they didn't do their job and didn't care about my roof leaking. They just wanted the insurance money.

I hired NextGen Restoration to replace my roof due to wind damage, which turned into an insurance claim. They offered to roof the entire house to match the shingles and age, and I agreed and signed the contract. The only additional expense was for plywood on the upper roof in the back of the house. The crew they sent was unprepared to do a house of this size, and after an hour and a half on the phone, they left. This cost me a day's wage. After scheduling another crew, the job was completed, but there were several issues. The flashing with my gutters was not replaced, there was a gap between the shingles and siding above the window seat, and a hole in the siding. The J-channel for the siding on the front porch was also bent back and mangled. Additionally, there was a charge for more plywood than used. The trailer was left in my driveway for a week and a half, and I had to pick up nails from the flower beds and driveway. Payment was made in Oct for the start of the job, and the final payment was due when the job was finished. I contacted NextGen regarding the issues, but no one responded until early 2021. I did some repairs myself, and two different guys came out to look at the issues but never returned. The third guy only performed part of the work he said he would do and never returned. I met with the Production Manager on March 22, and we discussed the issues and overcharges. He said he would finish the repairs and rework the bill, but the next day, I received an email with a bill $2000.00 more than the contract. This is why I am filing a complaint.
