Live Nation review: Rob Zombie concert in Tampa 8/26/2023

To whom it may concern,

We spent a lot of money on 3 concert tickets, ultra premier parking, the VIP access, and the early entry just under the “meet and greet” and received bags of merchandise. With all the money we spent, we were guided to go in a certain way and once we got in, they would not let us out to go to the VIP lounge we paid for with 3 tickets because it was on the other side of the amphitheater. They were guarding and not letting anyone walk through the ampiitheater to the other side! WE WERE DIRECTED TO GO IN WHERE WE WENT! Then we were prisoners not able to use our tickets to go to the VIP lounge to eat.

We explained to a staff member who asked another staff member who appeared in a leadership role and was directed to escort us through the to the other side. He went to do this and a very large tall and obese guy working staff there was guarding the entry told him no and unprovoked starts swearing at the other staff member aggressively and picking a fight in front us! We’re the customers who paid $$$$$$$$. We were beyond appalled! I spoke up and we told the aggressive staff that the other staff did nothing wrong and we paid a lot of money and are the customers! As customers we do not want to see this and be treated this way. He then got verbally aggressive with me, my sister and my daughter. My sister walked away. I reminded him that we are customers and paid a lot of money. Customers must be treated well. Honestly, we have never seen this and to be treated this way and watch the guy being aggressive and verbally abusive to the other kind staff member was disturbing. I would really like this person reprimanded and he is a liability to the Live Nation organization. Also, we’d like a refund for the 3 VIP access tickets. My husband purchased them originally his name is Gregory Murray he transferred them to me because he had shoulder surgery 2 days before the concert. My name is Rosemary Carrico. The aggressive staff at Midflorida Amphitheater Tampa, FL had a badge with the name Shawn S. And the arm of his shirt had # 1349. He really needs to be reprimanded.

All the other staff that were working there were professional, kind. and pleasant knowing people paid a lot to be there!
