Since xmas day I have had samsung helpline 3 times. The last fault they cannot guarantee it wont happen again as it could be a d=software problem. I rang customer services, explained to 3 different people all of which had heavy accents which I cannot understand as I am nearly deaf. It is no good sending samsung out to an intermittent fault so request this tv be returned and replaced.
