Lincoln Financial review: Funds not direct deposited by Lincoln Financial.

On November 10, I submitted paperwork to Lincoln Financial to close my retirement account. I requested that funds be direct deposition to my financial institution. On November 25, my account showed that it had been closed but no funds were received by my financial institution. After waiting a few days, I contacted Lincoln Financial and was told that the funds had been deposited via direct deposit. My financial institution investigated all direct deposits dating back to November 21 and said that they had not received a direct deposit transaction from Lincoln Financial. I called Lincoln Financial again and requested an investigation. I was told that I would receive a phone call within 2 business days. I never received a call. After four business days, I called Lincoln Financial again and was told that I would receive a call back by the end of the day. I did not receive a call back. Lincoln Financial has confirmed that the banking information that I provided is correct. The deposit was supposed to have been made on November 25 and here it is December 12 and I do not have my funds nor has Lincoln Financial contacted me. I don't know what to do. Please help.
