This is the second time that we used this company to make Challenge coins for us. One was for a fire department retiree coin and the second was for a police department retiree coin. The first coin, the fire department coin was designed by one of our members and highly recommended them to me for doing the police department coins. Our point of contact is [Name]. A very professional person who virtually held my hand through the technical and design process. Her skills and advice made this experience one that turned out the production of the most beautiful coin that could be imagined. To give credit where it is due, the artists assisting her did a magnificent job and the design was fabulous. We ordered and within an incredibly short amount of time we got our coins. One of the recipients of the coin said that "I cannot stop looking at the coin", it is that beautiful. The owners and management of this company are truly blessed to have [Name] on their staff. All of our expectations have been met, and we will certainly do business with them again and highly recommend them to our many professional friends.

The patches I ordered from Lightsaber Promotions look fantastic! They are a great business to deal with. One of my patches had to have some hand-stitching done because it was too small for the machines, but Lightsaber Promotions did it without complaint and the work was exceptional. And their prices are great and more than competitive. I am doing business with them again now and will again in the future should the need arise.

This company is great to work with! Everything from sales, design, production and shipping were top notch! We have used them for our Trading Pin competition the last 2 years and have won National Awards with their help. It's like the design team can read minds and design exactly what we were envisioning. I can't find enough positive to say about tradingpins4less.com. I worked with Melanie, and she was absolutely a joy to deal with, extremely prompt, and excited we put the design in her hands. Her and the team knocked it out of the park. Hands down, blown out of the water in what they came up with. I have never heard so much compliments regarding a trading pin as I did with the one they designed for us. The pricing was extremely fair, and worked with us when we added to our original order amount. We will be back next year, getting another order from tradingpins4less.com

Poor quality of product. Was told to send back and they would replace. Sent back, but no replacement has been sent. Holding more than $2k of mine. I ordered over $2k worth of coasters for an event. They arrived in extremely poor print quality and could not be used as a giveaway as we planned. When I complained I was told they could either reprint for free or give a refund with a 35% restocking fee. Since this was their quality issue, I was frustrated that they were going to charge me a fee and opted to give them the chance to reprint them for me to use at another upcoming event. I sent back the first batch within a few days and then Communication and updates about the replacements have been difficult at best only to find out a week before that the replacements will not be ready in time for the next event as we had originally discussed. I asked for a full refund at this point and have gotten resistance and minimal communication. Thanks! [Four asterisks]
