Lifetouch school portraits

My grandsons school pictures were not the best, two of them were horrible one he was completely off center so half the picture was just the background, the second one looked like a mug shot, it was literally just a head shot from his neck up. I dont know if their photographers look at a preview before they snap the shot our what, wouldn't be such an issue if the packages were not so pricey If we are paying this much for pictures we want quality not something I could of done better with myself

Lifetouch picture quality

I have always purchased school pictures of my children and have never had a complaint with the quality of Lifetouch portraits. The fall photo that was taken of my daughter is a complete disappointment. This is her first photo with glasses and the glasses have a big flash glare on them. I have worn glasses and had Lifetouch photos taken for 30 years and this never was an issue. I am very disappointed to see the flash glare and complete disinterest in taking a quality photo. Many of us purchase these pictures as holiday presents for friends and family. With the digital technology of today, I must say that this photo was taken in a rush as with haste. There was no professionalism put into taking this photograph. The portrait ID number is Q8JH-ZXH6. Very disappointed Lifetouch...very disappointed!

Lifetouch school photos

2nd year in a row, we preordered and paid for school photos via LifeTouch. 2nd year in a row they somehow 'lost' our order and will have to reprocess them and mail them out in 3-4 weeks! They have no email address on the website to reach customer service, the Chat function was not available anytime I tried, I called and waited on hold for OVER AN HOUR. Each time I tried the option that would hold my place in line and allow a representative to call me when my turn came up, it kicked me back onto hold and back to the end of the line! I literally had NO options but to sit on hold for an HOUR. When my call was finally answered, I could barely understand the woman's broken english. She kept repeating herself and reading scrips that in no way pertained to my issue. She couldn't find my order despite my reciting half a dozen different identifiers to her, I have no way of knowing if our photos are actually being processed or if we'll ever receive them. Beyond frustrating, I will NEVER order anything from this company ever again.

Lifetouch professional dance pictures

Life touch is the worst photo company! I was supposed to receive my daughters dance photos she had taken at Arizona Sunrays dance studio in May. I pre paid for These photos and a mug for my daughter to give her grandfather for fathers day in June. We STILL HAVE NOT received her photos or mug! This company has been of zero help in fixing this matter. Awful! The dance / gymnastics center will never use this company again when this is how they treat customers!

Lifetouch school picture package extras never received

My daughter's 1st grade pictures were taken in September of 2019 at her school at Red Bud Run Elementary in Winchester, VA. I indicated that I wanted a package that included extras like a little drawstring backpack, and a book with pictures in it. I paid $42...Forty TWO flipping dollars and we got an envelope with a SINGLE pose of my daughter with a clearly forced smile, and a few different sizes and backgrounds. None of the other things promised in the package were included and I'm pretty upset. I feel like what I received was worth maybe $20-$25 which was one of the budget package deals I was debating on, now in hindsight I wish I'd opted for. I wish I'd known I was throwing money out the window when I chose to get my daughter's school pictures done through Lifetouch. I feel like I'm totally wasting my time even writing this complaint. I'm furious and no doubt Lifetouch couldn't care less!

Lifetouch school pictures

I just received my second grader's school pictures. I was livid that he is wearing his sweatshirt zipped up to his neck. Do the photographers even look at the children and think 'maybe this child has a really nice shirt underneath and should remove the sweatshirt.'? I just read a similar post from another parent. This is highly unprofessional in my opinion.

Lifetouch picture day photos

My son had his picture taken on picture day in school in the beginning of the year. I received the portrait ID flyer today, and was shocked to find out the photographer took the picture of my son with his jacket still on. It is beyond me what kind of a professional photographer would allow that? We can't have the picture retaken because first, they haven't scheduled a redo day, and second, my son broke his arm, so now he is in a cast! Customer support doesn't understand proper English, long wait on the phone! Extremely disappointed!

Lifetouch senior portraits

My son took his senor portraits months ago. Frist the lady taking the pictures was awful. All my son's pictures where bad. When I tried to log on to view them I could not view. Apparently there was a glitch in the system, i finally got a hold of a manager who offered to send me two shoots( the only good ones ) for free. I never received them. I have an email change where I have been trying to get status nothing. Finally, I called and they say the orders there but nothing happen and its only one picture. This has been the worst experience I have had with pictures. I am not happy with your service are how your staff takes care of it customer.

Lifetouch sons sports photos from harford technical high school

I just received my sons photos from Harford Tech football and they are horrible, the lighting is super dark and it makes it look like my son has almost black and he has light brown with blonde in his hair there is a major shadow on the pictures giving the wrong lighting and shadow in the background along with the wall giving a very crooked appearance. I am very displeased with his pictures!

Lifetouch school pictures and sports pictures

I ordered 3 different sets of pictures for my kids this fall. 2 were sports pictures and 1 was school pictures and they were all ordered online. The school pictures were never received. 1 of the sports pictures were never received. When I called on the sports pictures, they spelled my son's name wrong and they had to be redone again. I had the same issue last winter with sports pictures. So that makes issues with 3 of the last 4 orders placed with this company. Having spent 25-30 minutes on hold 3 times I am not a happy customer at all. What a joke! And why does it take 2-4 weeks to reprint pictures that are already in the system?

Lifetouch school pictures

For the last 3 times of school pictures my son's hair looks terrible and he has the weirdest faces going on. I have done my son's hair and made sure he looked nice but he is 7. Do they not try to make the kids look good anymore? No asking them to straighten out their hair or to try smiling a different way anymore? Heck, when I was a child they offered combs if your hair was a mess. I give up and will just start taking him to get them done. Too much money to get pictures I can't even show to anyone.

Lifetouch school photos

I have had an issue with Lifetouch ever year my children have been in school. Every. Single. Year. The customer service is terrible. I am currently on hold. For the 4th year in a row because I did not receive one of my children's photos. While on the phone the individual couldn't find the 8x10 Modern Collage picture that I had ordered to resend it out. I had to describe it multiple times. Employees should know their products. It is just absolutely ridiculous. I wish the schools would find someone else. I had one instance where it took almost the entire school year to receive retake pictures, and then I had to deal with the screw up for the spring pictures while still waiting for the fall retakes. The worst part about all of these issues are that only one time was I ever offered a refund. One time after 4 years with pictures 2x a year. Ridiculous.

Lifetouch customer service complaint

I spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to get an answer to one question. I was trying to order pictures online for school pictures that were already taken. Online it said picture day was in Sept (so those are the retakes) which I don't want. The woman continued to ask me the same question over & over until I asked for a supervisor. Then I got an actual answer. The customer service is ridiculous and I will not be ordering from Lifetouch!

Lifetouch sports sponsor plaques

I am a former board member for Caldwell Youth Baseball League, current coach and 10 year business sponsor for CYBA baseball teams. This last spring season 2018, Lifetouch-Boise never delivered on the sponsor plaques the President of CYBA had been corresponding with Lifetouch Boise and MONTHS after they should of been delivered STILL nothing had been resolved. Needless to say the CYBA board decided to take the business to your competition. I was very frustrated as a longtime business sponsor in not getting my sponsor plaque. We as a business take great pride in sponsoring youth sports and knowing that the sponsorship get you a plaque encourages businesses to continue to sponsor. I was needless to say very disappointed in Lifetouch and the local office seemed incapable of resolving the situation, ...

UNTIL I called and spoke to Taylor Jordon from the Boise-Lifetouch. He was unaware of the situation until I told him what had happened and explained that many, many people and businesses had been let down. He jumped into action and personally gave me his assurances that he would resolve the problem. He resolved the problem, ordered the plaques, kept in constant communication and updated me every step along the way and all of this in less than 10 days. ALOT of local businesses are very happy to be receiving there sponsor plaques, late but getting them regardless. This communication is to let LIFETOUCH know of our complaint, yet having good people like Taylor Jordan is what WILL keep you in business. I HIGHLY encourage the Corporate office to acknowledge the good work of Taylor Jordon out of LIFETOUCH BOISE.

Lifetouch I did not receive purchased photo, unable to contact

I ordered a graduation package and a landscape photo of my USAFA grad with the POTUS. I received the package within a few weeks. The landscape photo was not included and not on the packing slip. I called Lifetouch and they apologized and said they would sent the photo right away. it has been about a month and a half and I still haven't received it. when I call, I am put on hold for excessive amount of time. For the past 2 days when I call during hours operation, it says the number is temporarily out of service. The website is not user friendly. I cannot find a customer service chat or email other than this complaint form. When I go into my account, my order does not show the detail of what I ordered. My original order number is LT04501522. I would really like to hear from someone and get this resolved quickly. Thank you

Lifetouch yearbook

I called lifetouch about a yearbook I paid for in February. Son never received yearbook so I called & was told they will send 1 by mail to home. Now this is June when I called about the yearbook. Had to call back again a month later. That time was told I would receive a refund. Never got it nor the yearbook. This is the end of July & school is about to begin back. Well I will never order anything else from this company. Why is it so hard to get refund for $20.

Lifetouch no refund on the $50 deposit

I can't seem to get my $50 refund.

As directed, I sent the portfolio back to Prestige/Lifetouch so that I could get my $50 deposit back. I was sent a check in the mail made out to my son (the wrong person). So I had my son sign the check over to me and then I deposited it through a mobile app. The bank accepted it at first, but then a few days later my bank refused it and took the $50 out of my checking account.

This made the check no good and no longer possible to deposit so I called your customer service and was told what to do to get a new check. I did exactly what I was told and then I received a voicemail from your company that she wouldn't send me a new check because it was already deposited. Confusing to say the least. It WAS deposited but then refused and the money taken back. I called her and left a voicemail with the data and never got a call back. I just want my deposit back. And now I am getting upset. Please help.

Lifetouch graduation thank you cards 2019 were not folded in the center

order image number [protected] watercolor thank you cards quantity 1 at 32.95 dollars not including tax and shipping. The cards were not folded in the center of the page. I did use them because we were way over due in thanking family and friends. If their wasn't a time constraint I would have returned them to be corrected. Looks very unprofessional.

Lifetouch school pictures

The picture we ordered was not the one we received. This graduation picture is extremely important to us as parents and grandparents. The purchase of the disc came with only the one picture as well, I believed it came with all images taken on picture day. My daughter in law called the number to get this taken care of and to no avail has not received any kind of positive person to help her.

The portrait ID # is VMHZ-KTBQ ; Access Code 8PNB and his name is Trey. This is NOT the picture she chose.

I am asking that you provide her with the picture image she paid for. please contact her(Theresa) at [protected] .

Lifetouch online ordering school pictures

I ordered school pictures online. Was suppose to recieve pictures on June 10th when I did not recieve them I called customer service and the representative told me they were sent back because there was no address. How in the hell can I purchase something online and have it sent to me with no address. I go to look into my account my address is there plain as daylight?. So I gave the representative my address she even repeated to me and replaced the order she said I would get the pictures June 18. I called back June 17th to check the status and the representative said that I should be recieving my pictures June 25th. I said I was told June 18th now its the 25th he then goes on to say address and he gives me the wrong address street. Now Im furious I asked to speak to a mgr or supervisor he says that I would have to wait 24 to 72 hrs for someone to get back to me. Wow...all I have to say is that I will never order from lifetouch ever again in my life I am so not satisfied and I am very frustrated and furious. I have been waiting almost a month to recieve my pictures that takes 2 weeks and been getting the run around from represenatives.
