Lifemates review: Breach of contract

I paid over $5000.00 for a lifetime membership and the photo session with their photographer "Red". I received one phone call from a man who did not follow through and then quite a while later had a date with an extremely inappropriate match. They stalled me with excuses and promises until after the Statute of Limitations had passed after which they became unresponsive.
I believe it's a civil case but it is criminal conduct. I'd like to get my money back.
