Service ordered on Saturday, July 5, 2025 & was all but assured the service would arrive by Sunday, July 13, 2025 (the day our mother returned to her home after a 2 month rehabilitation in an assisted living facility). We prepaid $582.62. I’ve called numerous times & get nothing but the run around about back ordered blah blah blah. Last conversation was I’d receive the unit this week… I never have received any email confirmation, text, or other correspondence indicating this service is being processed… very poor customer service & ready to cancel & get a refund!
