Turned 65 this year. Silver Sherpa has been exceptionally informative in weighing all the pertinent options in ultimately selecting the Medicare Advantage plan that best fit my needs. I would highly recommend their services.

Silver Sherpa was a lifesaver. I'm so glad to work with him. He kept me from being stuck with the wrong plan for me, saving me money each month. He made everything much less complicated and is very good at following through. I highly recommend him.

At the beginning of the year I received many letters in the mail regarding health insurance enrollment. I spoke to several of the consultants. Some of them didnt return my calls. I selected the services of Silver Sherpa because he was the most professional and knowledgeable among the others. He is very organized and resourceful. As everyone knows, the health care system is very confusing and trying to navigate through all the information to make the best health care decisions is difficult at best. Incredibly knowledgeable on the materials that are so confusing to the consumer. Extremely pleasant and easy to work with and understand as presented by Silver Sherpa. Comfortably down to earth in presentation of different plans. I felt like, finally someone in my corner, who gets and understands me. The best relationship I've ever had with an Insurance salesman. I had been trying to get assistance with my situation since early September and was not successful. A dear friend of mine told me to reach out to Silver Sherpa as he can 'guarantee' help and I called him and he answered right away. It was a seamless process. He is SO knowledgeable and helped me more than I can express. I was all set up within 2 weeks of my meeting with him. If you are frustrated with the process, please give Silver Sherpa a call as he is an EXPERT in this field. If you have any questions he will know the answer. Silver Sherpa spent a lot of time finding me the best cheapest plan that accepted all my doctors. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time you need to help you understand. Honestly he is the best person I have ever worked with, literally he asked what we needed, took the initiative, kept us informed throughout the process and we are very thankful for the end result. I received so much helpful information from this service. Silver Sherpa was a wealth of information, helped compare actual plans. I chose to go on their Medicare Advantage plan rather than continue with my work plan, primarily so I can walk away any day! I am also able to have a plan where I no longer have to worry if my insurance will cover out of network. I have a big sense of freedom from that. Received a call from Silver Sherpa in October reminding me it was time to re-enroll. I am very grateful for their service. He told me my plan and their Medicare Advantage were pretty much a wash in terms of their cost. Did not try to push anything. Honestly, I am so glad to not have to navigate this blindly.

I met Silver Sherpa nearly a year ago. It has been wonderful having someone to help me navigate this overwhelming process of elder care planning. Having attended a group session at a restaurant in preparation, I wasn't ready to put things in motion until recently. Silver Sherpa has kept in touch and followed through exactly as he said he would every step of the way, even across state lines. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent care I have received. He is very professional and respectful, and I would definitely recommend Silver Sherpa as a consultant. He definitely knows what he's talking about. In more than one situation, friends or acquaintances have insisted this, or that was true about elder care planning. No point in arguing. Silver Sherpa had warned me that the rules change and people come into the system at different times. I could see the humor in the situations.

I am so grateful for having been referred to Silver Sherpa to help us find a Medicare Advantage plan that would work with our Tricare For Life. He is very knowledgeable and has attended trainings specifically in this area. Silver Sherpa listened acutely as we answered his questions. I began receiving multiple phone calls, emails and physical mail from insurance companies and individuals about signing up for Medicare months before I turned 65. I chose to attend an informational seminar offered by a representative with Silver Sherpa, Inc. They did an excellent job presenting options and explaining how each worked. They also provided contact information for the Medicare enrollment center in order to start the selection process. The representative came to my home to discuss my personal health history and insurance needs. They then researched and compared multiple agencies and plans that would be best for me in which I made the final decision based on their findings. This service and the representative's professionalism made this transition to Medicare seamless. Before I met them, I was trying to figure this out on my own and it was a huge help to have their expertise and guidance. We are scheduled to meet again to discuss options for the coming year. I sent them new information in regard to my health history and they are once again conducting research to help me determine the best option.

I started looking in January for Medicare plans, options, and prices, as I was turning 65 in May. The Medicare.gov website was helpful, as it explained how the system works and what my options were. What was missing was a straightforward, unbiased side by side comparison of the details. No one I talked to would provide me a comparison of their plan with others. All they wanted to do was sing the praises of the plan they were selling...Enter the Silver Sherpa, a Medicare advisor! I cannot say enough good things about them and the phenomenal service he provides. I attended an info session and immediately knew I wanted to work with him. Why? Because he is an unbiased source of the information I wanted access to, in order to make an informed decision. Unbiased because he has no horse in the race! He is paid from a pool the insurance companies pay into. So it doesn't matter to him (financially) who I pick, he gets paid the same either way. But the real benefit to working with him is that he makes sure you have all the info you need. He came to my house and spent almost two hours getting to know me and my wife, our current health issues, and things we would never have known to ask ourselves. He used that info to be able to lay out the pro's, con's and costs of all the options available to us. No spin, no bias, just the facts. So I signed up in May, and was on my merry way. Two weeks ago I get an email from him. He wanted to schedule a review of all my plans changes coming in 2023, plus find out if there were any changes of consequence to our situation as well. I could not be happier with the service he provides, and especially the way he provides it. He invests the time needed to get to know his clients wants and needs, und uses his detailed knowledge of the available plans and options to help you navigate through the decision making process. I am thrilled to be his client, and i sincerely believe he cares and does his best for each client!
