lesfleurs.ch review: They don't want to give my money back

I have placed an order on https://www.lesfleurs.ch/ on 9th May 2022

Today on the 11th of May I’ve received absolutely different bouquets. Not slightly different. Completely different product.

Bouquet on the picture contained exotic, expensive flowers. However, the bouquet that they delivered contains only roses and gerberas that are pretty cheap. Therefore they have charged me as for the expensive product. But I’ve got really cheep one.

When I requested for the refund, they refused. And don’t reply on my emails
