BUYER BEWARE!
I bought a Lenova Legion Pro 5 Gen 10 gaming laptop direct from Lenova during the Presidents sale 2026. When I received the laptop, it was "dead on arrival", would not even boot up. Talked to support department several times attempting to determine if it was a software or hardware issue. Lenova support determined it was a hardware problem and had to be replaced. Since it was ordered directly from Lenova I couldn't take it to a store, I had to send it back to the factory, wait until they received it, then they would send out a replacement. They would not send a new one with a return box even though they had my credit card on file. After I begrudgingly accepted and was sent to the return department to get a shipping label, I was in formed that that particular laptop was no longer available and they would refund my money but I wouldn't be able to use the Presidents Day discount because it was no longer in affect. Final decision was, get the refund and purchase an HP computer from Best Buy, very reliable and stands behind their products. I will NEVER deal with Lenova or their computers again and hope people considering buying from them will reconsider. Terrible company and have no idea the quality on their computers since I never had one that worked.
