On 03/04/26..I ordered and paid for an MSI RTX 5070 Shadow 2X OC graphics card. At the time of purchase, I was told the card would ship in 2 or 3 days.I asked numerous times if the card was in stock as I had no interest in waiting an indefinite length of time due to it being a customer's build not my own.Yes ,yes yes in stock. Shipping out in a couple of days. 2 days came and went ..no email no tracking number.So I chatted them and asked what the holdup was ..couldn't give me a straight answer..Just how sorry they were and how valuable a customer I was. I would do an order status and they would have to talk with the "team"and email me within 48 hrs.I was told this about 10 times and I received 2 emails of when it planned to ship.Needless to say it is yet to ship.After 3 months of waiting and contact with Lenovo, I find out yesterday , which was supposed to be the ship date, that my order had been "automatically" deleted. The order was still in the system..No mention of cancelation, the only thing about the order was they were back to old tricks ..they would give me a ship date.and everyday the date would increase by one.Ex. If the ship date said the 15th ..it didn't ship .and the order would say ship date the 16th..the next day would be the 17th so on.I finally told them I wasn't playing any games with them. I needed consistent and accurate information.No runarounds. I got an email 13 days ago with an updated ship date..at the end of the day when I hadn't got a confirmation by email . I reached out and said I guess today's not the day either..and they asked me to give them 2 minutes while they checked with the fulfillment team ..when the rep returned ..he said actually your order has been canceled.I didn't cancel it and haven't gotten anything saying it was canceled. I never knew that auto canceling was something that happened. Why didn't he tell me it had been canceled before speaking with the fulfillment team.?They couldn't tell me when it was canceled but it had to occur in the 13 day span after receiving their last email.I even said I don't want it canceled I've waited this long ..and was told there's nothing we can do once the order is canceled. I asked to speak with somebody in sales..and told them that if they actually had a comparable card I would be willing to buy it .even if it was a slight and I mean a very slight upcharge..I was hoping for a discount as a show of good faith in business since they strung me along for 3 solid months. The sales rep came back and said they had the same card only in a 3 fan configuration then quoted me full online price.i told him I wasn't interested in that ..I would buy it discounted for the 3 months of lies ,guesses and jacking me around. He said he'd have to discuss it with "the team" and would email in 24 hrs. I haven't heard anything. Absolutely the worst in communication I have ever experienced in my 30yrs in the industry. Horrible business practice. They'held my money and told lies for 3 months to the day and to add insult to injury ..told me how much they understand my frustration and how valuable I am as a customer. Yeah right! Abysmal company who will tell you anything to get your money then lie ,guess, or flat out ignore you then ultimately cancel your order without discussion much less even notifying you.If I hadn't contacted them ..I'd still be waiting on it I guess. There is no way that's considered good business.And no excuse for a business like that to be operating in 2026.I'll never support them and will do everything I can to discourage people from buying anything or using their products . Lenovos global tag used to be "Reach your Impossible "..I didn't know Lenovo WAS the impossible I can't emphasize it enough, avoid Lenovo unless you enjoy uneasy transactions with a company who will take your money and string you along for months and then cancel your order.I know the problems Nvidia has been having fulfilling and delivering graphics cards but this goes beyond that. When a company can't or won't do you the courtesy of telling the truth but chooses to keep you hanging on till they get tired of being asked to have some integrity and give you a straight answer and then just cancel your order at their discretion and not even bother to tell you after months of waiting around..and the only reason you get is the system did it automatically and sometimes the system doesn't send out the notices until days later.Sounds to me like the system needs a refresh..
Claimed loss: 3 months of my life wasted dealing with this jackleg company.
Desired outcome: insincere and wholly disingenuous words strung together is enough for me to consider this a positive experience.
