My inspection was completed 12/29/25. I received an email on 12/30/25 that "my inspection is complete, and we cannot wait to review it."
I log in and only the pictures and videos are uploaded, but not the report. After several phone calls I made to the support team daily and being put on "priority" I did not receive my report until 1/4/25.
The excuse I received is that is is a holiday week and we're short staffed. That doesn't make sense because my report was complete and someone just did not click upload. Why would you tell me report is finished when it is not uploaded? That is incompetence, plain and simple.
By this time, I already had another company complete a PPI on a different Corvette which I purchased making my PPI a complete waste of money. If another company can do it within ONE DAY during the holidays, why does it take you a week? Lemonsquad won't issue a refund because accountability for bad business does not apply to them, I suppose. Needless to say, I will never use Lemonsquad again.
