Karl Bogolug sent us a violation about the color of our mulch - the word mulch is not even used in the article we supposedly violated. We had to put in our own mulch (black) Florida Friendly landscaping. We are being singled out - at least 3 other homes have red mulch in their yards. They are doing this because we submitted a petition with 35 homeowner names to amend some of the landscaping rules and they threw it out!

Desired outcome: install proper drainage and grass on side yard and withdraw violation about mulch color immediately - you are wasting my time and yours with your attorney
