I paid for my videos/audio to be put on DVDs and CDs because it is hard for me to download them myself (slow internet). They give you "free" access online for a month and then you have to pay for it.

No DVDs. No CDs. I've now been trying to get them for close to a month and they are always going to send them and never do.

The quality is poor as well, and they remove the sound from super-8 film.
