Tim, being dispatched by Kim, was briefed on the “problems" and was completely prepared. Resolved all problems immediately and efficiently. I have used them For many years on large and smaller issues and they are professional. Price always fine although that does not influence why I use them. Tim is an excellent person; by the way an excellent plumber!

Outstanding, as always. AZ Super Plumber has always come through for our household. The plumber installed a new garbage disposal and descaled our tankless water heater. He was very professional, but yet personable. He did a very efficient job and even looked at a few concerns I had in the house re plumbing issues...very accommodating. Highly recommend their service.

We had a Navien Condensing Tankless Water Heater and a Enviro Whole House Water Filter System installed to update our water needs. AZ Super Plumber did a wonderful, quick job of it! The technicians and plumbers were easy and great to work with- even when I had a minor drip. The plumber came back the next day and repaired it quickly. They will address all our plumbing need in the future. Highly recommended!

AZ Super Plumber was very professional. He assessed the situation with my gas meter that had been hit in a car accident. He explained the steps to coordinate, with the city, as well as with the gas company, and what the process would be like to get the repair done. He had an estimate to me within a few minutes of his inspection. I have accepted their bid and am looking forward to them completing the work for me.

AZ Super Plumber sent their technician to diagnose our water heater problem. He noticed immediately that it had been installed incorrectly, which turned out to be the reason it did not function properly. The technician is professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He described the problem and solution, and quickly did the repairs needed. We are very pleased with AZ Super Plumber's service and recommend them as honest, courteous, and highly skilled.

From the moment you call and speak to Daisy to schedule, you already know you are dealing with a well run and professional company. They call you to tell you when the technician will arrive and so far they have been on time. Their work is excellent and well priced. We had a water pipe get punctured and they arranged to get someone out right away. They fixed it and charged a lower price than estimated. Best service in town!

I didn't wind up using this plumbing service, they only came out to give me a quote on a new faucet install in my bathroom. The quote was probably not unreasonable, I didn't shop around, it was just more than I wanted to pay so I'm doing it myself. I told the plumber that's what I was going to do and he kindly gave me a few tips for doing it myself and left with absolutely no hard sell or hard feelings I'm having made a house call.

AZ Super Plumber knows his business, was very informative, polite, and very careful with the new flooring that was installed just today. Sarah, one of the office staff, was very efficient in setting up our appointment. The timing was perfect. On a prior plumbing issue, an underground water line broke and AZ Super Plumber came to my rescue; so I didn't hesitate to call them this time for indoor plumbing issues and checking my propane gas range re-connection after getting new flooring installed. Job well done to John Smith and Sarah.

It was super easy and quick to get an appointment with AZ Super Plumber. The company called to update that he was coming, arrived on time, and he was clean, polite, professional in every regard. The plumber took his time to answer my questions and to demonstrate/show his work. The overall work was completed quicker than expected and the work area was left in a way better condition than he found it upon arrival. From start to finish, it was a excellent process and I will call upon AZ Super Plumbers and specifically request him for any future work I may need. Bravo Zulu!

My back patio hose bib has been leaking increasingly lately. Daisy (in the office) explained that there was a waiting list, but she managed to juggle a few things and called me back and said she could get us a tech the next day. John arrived on time and understood our cold weather bibs. He checked for a pressure issue and found none. He replaced the bib quicker than expected and showed me a few things to help correct future issue. Now not a drop of leakage. He even pointed out a few common mistakes and recurring issues with new class manufactured homes, so I can avoid them. I would recommend AZ Super Plumber to anyone.

AZ Super Plumber has proven to be a first-rate business and has provided superior customer service each time we have needed assistance. When our sewer line backed up a few weeks ago, they were the only one out of five places I called that would/could come out the same day, (the others were at least a week out, and one hung up on me telling me "I don't do emergency calls"). Last week a valve on our well ruptured and we were without any water on the property. Both times I called, the dispatcher told me that she would try to get someone out to help us the same day, and each time they came through. The techs are respectful, experienced, skilled, polite, and dependable. AZ Super Plumber will be our go-to from now on.

We had a clog between the cleanouts in the driveway and the mainline running back into the house under the cement floor (that is, not in the other direction from the cleanouts to the septic system). It was a no-brainer to call AZ Super Plumber, because we used them in the past and were impressed with their efficiency, honesty, promptness, and friendliness. AZ Super Plumber immediately scheduled us and they were out the next day. The plumber, John, used the camera to quickly identify the clog and then use the power snake to clear the clog. He did not leave until we had verified all water from all sources was flowing normally. Before John started, we were quoted a price to diagnose the problem and do the basic mainline cleaning, and that is the price we paid. We will not hesitate to use AZ Super Plumber again.
