Lazada.vn (lazada.vn) is a website where you can buy things online. But, you gotta be careful when you buy from them. I heard that like, one out of three things they sell are fake copies from China. That's not cool, man. And sometimes, you might get stuff that's broken or the wrong size or color. And guess what? They won't even cover it with warranty! That's messed up. And get this, Lazada Vietnam knows about all this stuff and they still sell it anyway. So, if you're gonna buy from them, you gotta be ready to take some risks. Just be careful, okay? Don't say I didn't warn ya.

I recently made an order on Lazada.vn and was excited to receive my items. However, I was disappointed when my delivery date was scheduled for 9 days after I placed my order. To make matters worse, the delivery guy did not show up and did not provide any notice. I tried to contact him but was unable to do so.

After waiting a few more days, I decided to contact customer service to inquire about my order. I was shocked when they informed me that my order had been cancelled due to a "failed delivery." They suggested that I make a new order, but I was frustrated that there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation.

To add insult to injury, I discovered that Lazada.vn does not allow customers to delete their accounts. This seems like a major oversight and is quite frustrating for those who may no longer wish to use the platform.

Overall, my experience with Lazada.vn was not great. While I appreciate the convenience of online shopping, the lack of communication and customer service left much to be desired. I hope that Lazada.vn can improve their processes and provide better support for their customers in the future.

If you happen to buy something and then decide to return it, make sure you know that when you use the voucher you get back, you have to buy something for the exact amount on the voucher. If you buy something for less, you won't get the difference back.

On the bright side, I had no issues with delivery and returning my item was a breeze. However, I was pretty disappointed about the voucher situation. I had no idea about these little details and it caught me off guard.

I recently made a purchase on Lazada.vn for a Bobbi Brown foundation. Upon receiving the item, I noticed that there was no seal on the paper box. I opened the box and found that the shade was much brighter than what was shown on the Lazada website. Disappointed, I decided to return the item. Two days later, a Lazada staff member came to my house to pick up the foundation.

However, a few days after that, I received a notification on the Lazada app that my return request had been rejected and that the item would be delivered back to me. The reason given was that the foundation had been used. I was shocked and frustrated that a big company like Lazada would make such a false claim. I had never even opened the lid of the foundation jar, so how could they say that it had been used?

I called customer service to inquire about the situation. The representative who answered my call simply stated that my return had been rejected and that was the end of it. When I explained that I had not even opened the foundation jar, she told me that taking the item out of the box constituted as using it. This reasoning was irrational, especially considering that there was no seal or stamp on the paper box.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Lazada.vn. I will not be using their app again and I hope that they improve their customer service and return policies in the future. It is unacceptable for a company to make false claims and reject legitimate return requests.

Lazada.vn is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The quality control and product exchange are terrible. I recently bought a Samsung phone from the Official Samsung store on Lazada Mall. Within the first few days of use, the phone started to heat up badly, even during simple tasks like web surfing. The screen froze and had a significant delay of 3-4 seconds for each interaction. I have video proof of this malfunction.

I contacted the Samsung store and showed them the video. They immediately apologized and offered to exchange or refund the faulty product. However, when the faulty product arrived back at Lazada, they claimed that the product did not have any faults because their "technician" swiped left and right a few times and the screen responded. I also have video proof of this.

Afterwards, 3 separate Lazada representatives contacted us and insisted that we take back the faulty product. They only read 2-3 lines from a script repeatedly and refused to answer any questions regarding the exchange process, their office address, further ways of communication, etc. They threatened us that if we did not accept back the faulty product, they would sell it cheaply to other parties, and we would lose the money paid via Visa card. I have recorded audio of this.

To make matters worse, a Lazada seller blackmailed me to cancel the exchange process or they would come to the address I listed on Lazada and "deal" with me. I have the screenshot of this.

I am completely baffled by the corporate culture and customer service of Lazada.vn. They blackmail and coerce their customers, which is unacceptable. I have never experienced this on any online shopping platform.
