Purchase 4 cartons of Tea Pants Maxi Adult Diaper (L 4 x40) =160pieces from 2Portion. Order no. 157054990238580 in Nov 25. They do not have stock & offered alternative product Liv Trust. I tried 20 pieces & found product unsuitable. I ask for refund of the balance but refund was rejected as they mentioned they have already shipped all products. Pls assist in the refund as seller is agreeable based on whatsapp message. thanks.
