This Law Firm (Peter Zullo) advised us when looking at all of our data that he would not take on a case that unless there was a sure Home Loan Modification. We wired the $3, 500.00 and the calls seemed to be far and few in between. I advised him tht I was receiving letters from my lender and he advised me that they were just using scare tactics. The story is extremely long to go into, but the short version is that my family lost their home. As soon as we get settled next month into our new rental property my husband and I will begin contcting who we need to in order to get him disbarred. We also suggested to my brother-in-law about the firm and him and his wife did the same thing. Guess what... they lost their home as well. I will fight with all my energy to stop this company in order for others to not be affected by his Home Loan Modification SCAM! Also, I will not give up until I am refunded my entire amount. Why should they get paid if they never spent one minute helping us what they promised. He disgusts me and he will pay for what he is doing to people.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I would love to know who wrote the above ~ either Pete Zullo or Harvey Miller, I'm sure. I know for a fact that neither would ever work for free... Both deserve each other and any results of their actions!
All of these posts are liars. Peter Zullo never took ONE DIME from any of them. They retained another lawyer, Deidre Prozinzki, and that is who they sent their money to. Peter Zullo assisted Prozinski by making the calls to the lenders and to the clients for the purpose of getting them a loan modification with their lender.
It should also be noted that Zullo was never paid any money by Prozinski. He did all that work and never received any compensation for his work.
The same applies to Harvey Miller. He also worked for free trying to help Prozinski's clients obtain loan modifications.
Most of these complaints are from people who could not qualify for a mod from their lenders and blaimed anyone they could other then themselves. No accountabilty oon their part at all!
I too was taken by peter zullo. He told me the same thing, only I wired him $4, 000.00. Now I am struggling to keep my home. I am thankful that ther is a possibility that the bank is working with us. I have been in foreclosure for three years! If he were any kind of attorney he would have got this over with this years ago! There is also another man who was working with him by the name of Harvey Miller. He pulled the same BS stories and lies! God bless anyone who has given them every dime they have.
Pete Zullo is not a California attorney and there is no law office for Pete Zullo. You should contact the District Attorney's office.
