This law firm is a complete joke! Nobody knows what is going on there and has no idea what they are doing, especially the office manager Alex.
I hired this firm to complete my bankruptcy and it was thrown out of court because the attorney, the office and the paralegal had no idea what they were doing.
I paid $5000.00 for their services and nothing was completed. My bankruptcy was not completed and now I have to wait to file for my bankruptcy again.
This law firm has messed up my chances for a new life.
NOT TO MENTION...when I went to the courthouse the day my case was thrown out by the judge because the law firm did not complete the paperwork properly...all the other attorney's were laughing at The Law Office of Thomas P. Giordano/1800Fixbank because apparently this happens a lot with this firm. Other attorney's were telling me that I made a mistake with this firm.
And the firm refuses to give me a refund on top of it.
DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!
IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES BECAUSE YOU RETAINED THIS FIRM...GO TO THE STATE BAR WEBSITE AND PLACE A COMPLIANT ASAP!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I HIRED THE LAW FIRM LAST YR 2010. THE JUDGE LAUGH AND MADE THE LAW FIRM PAY ME BACK ALL MY MONEY. DONT BE STUPID FIND ANOTHER LAW FIRM.04/01/2011
I AGREE WITH COMPLAINT THIS LAW OFFICE IS A JOKE I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON THEM TO DO A LOAN MODIFICATION FOR 16 MONTHS AND AT THE LAST MINUTE AND NOW I'M GOING TO HAVE MY HOME SOLD FROM UNDER ME ON 12/14/2010
What are your next steps to try and rectify your situations. I am with them. Did you find another attorney to work with or you can recommend .?.?.? Maybe we can file a group action against them or at least with the Bar, DRE, Consumer Affairs ...
I agree completely with this complaint! This also occurred to me, my bankruptcy was throw out due to delays in filing and other problems. Law office is a complete mess, different people working on your case, never meet the attorney, get different answers. I paid $25k for this entire mess! I am worst off now than before BK filing with this attorney. DO NOT USE THEM (Law Offices of Thomas Giordano, 18101 Von Karman Ave Suite 530, Irvine, Ca 92612) is a rip-off!
They kept my moms settlement, I filed with the law board and they issued the check he was in the process of being disbarred. This was a few years ago, the board said he would probably still get his license back. Looks like he’s still at it.
