Purchased 2 bats, took over a month to receive them. After the first bp session one developed a large visible flat spot (Birch). The other (rock Maple) also developed large indentions from normal baseballs doing soft toss and the bat had NO pop what-so ever. I paid well over what a top grade LS bat would cost for these pieces of crap. $87.5.00 ea.

Called the "owner" and was told to return at my cost and they would be replaced "no problem". Yet to replace the bats, or refund my money. Insulted and called a liar.

End of the day...terrible quality wood used (Advertised as "We are committed to the highest quality product
at the most competitive prices") with even worse customer service.

I feel these bats are good. On my second season with the same bat and countless batting practice hits with them. Haven't broke one yet, although now at the end of season two it’s lost it’s pop and will be a BP bat going forward. I’m comparison to the Louisville sluggers I had, every one of them broke.

I mean I own an m powered hard to the core maple bat and though there’s better choices out there, for 70 bucks there isn’t many. It’s pretty good if you know how to use a wood bat

I'm a lifelong baseball player who puts alot of research into what I purchase. At age 36 and in a wooden bat league, Mpowered kept coming up on my radar. Owned a couple bamboo bats from Mizuno and LS, and didn't like them. I switched to maple to get a little harder wood, and did enjoy using them. I was spending anywhere from $50-$70 per bat. I would get about a 3 month season per bat, but I would have to purchase many times. I made the switch to Mpowered, I started with the HD-Pro Jecktor. From the second I picked it up I loved it. The balance and feel of the bat was the best I ever felt. I prefer the medium handle with a tapered barrel to the medium handle to large barrel bats. That bat has been in use for 2 seasons now and hasn't let me down. I recently purchased the MFUZD model 011 and can't wait to get it in the game! Same great balance, feel, pop, and beautiful sound of great contact! Thanks to everyone at Mpowered for finally giving me a bat built to last, instead of just another expensive throw away. My wife appreciates not seeing new bats arrive every winter! Expect some orders from my team, as they also love the feel, but I won't dare let them use it! Keep the good product coming! I would agree with negative comments regarding this company. I have known the owner for an extended length of time, actually he is not the owner just the "face" of the company. Company is based out California but has every item made in China and shipped by boat in high volume and low quality. When buying wood for any competitive level, buy from a reputable company: Louisville Slugger, Marucci, Old Hickory, Tucci Lumber, etc., . M Powered bats / billets are the equivalent of what other companies use to make trophy / souvenir bats. If you are recreation player they are a great fit, otherwise don't drink the Kool-aid

Actually, the author is incorrect in his assessment "that the owner is not the owner, rather just the FACE of the company" The person he refers to is me, and I am the Ceo & President and majority share holder of this company. The company makes its wood bats in the greatest country on gods green earth, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The author's claim about making ALL bats in CHINA in high volume and low quality is simply a FALSE STATEMENT. Our bat billets are from the USA in the prime growing region of Penna., New York State, Maine, and portions of Ohio. The author's claim about MPowered using trophy grade material is 100% false and baseless. MPowered's bats were MLB approved for several years and the company uses the same resources today as it did then, buy in confidence.

The complaints were clearly unfounded, as the company has over 25000 loyal users for all their products and the fact of the matter is that the initial complaint was totally unfounded. The two bats purchased were beat to hell and were not broken. The complainer advised at the time that there was a flat spot on a birch bat, and the maple bat had no pop. From our point of view it looked as if the bats had been used in a cage environment and were really used. Upon close examination, there were scores of ball marks everywhere. I was at spring training when the bats were sent to me, and we had some pros hit them and their comments did not indicate anything out of the norm, other than the bats had really been whacked around.

Had a similar experience in poor customer service. As with the previous customer, it took well over a month to receive my bat and the company did not respond to my inquiry for 17 days. I actually got into an argument via email in which the owner said I was "out for blood." I will never do business with this company and I was treated like a second class citizen. Look elsewhere!
