Lakeshore Recycling Systems review: Can pickup charges

I have received an invoice for $76.31 for can pick up, plus all the county fees, etc., because I switched services. I was never notified that this would be charged (the new company contacted LRS - I never called), there is no contract in place, no emails were sent, and I wasn't informed when the cans were picked up. When I phoned the local office (Rochester, MN), the person who answered did not know any answers as to why I received the charges, did not know any corporate contact information, and was unable to provide any other information. Now I can't get the offices to answer. I will be filing with the BBB and AG.
