Same as others. Deflated cushions within a week, clunking mechanisms, foot board won't go in, angle of chair is bad. Called the store, they won't help. Will send out a private repair person. This set is four weeks old and it looks like it is ten years old. We are seniors, no kids. This is disgusting. Wrote to corporate, no answer. Filed a case with our bank card.

    It is approximately 4 weeks old. It looks as tho it is it 10 years old. We are two seniors, not abusing our furniture. This is daily wear that was evident by 5 days after receipt of the furniture. I called La Z Boy Mishawaka and they are sending out an independent repair person, but we do not have confidence in this, and we spent over $4, 000 for this set, and want a new set that holds up. We want to return this set for a refund. We didn't intend to purchase something that needed repair after a few days and is getting worse. The person we worked with at La Z Boy said she could not help us with this. I sent a letter with photos to La Z Boy corporate but have not heard back. We would like a full refund and to return this set.

    1. The back cushions of the two electronic recliners are deflated. It is as tho they didn't add enough fill. You can pull the fabric together with your fingers.

    2. On one recliner, it clunks, and when you sit on it, you fall onto an angle on the seat that falls into a void in the chair.

    3. Each of the foot areas of the recliners do not close evenly with the center chair.

    4. The second recliner closes but the foot area just remains, you have to close it manually.

    Please ask La Z Boy to return these items and give us a full refund so that we can purchase a set from someone who sells a decent product. This is very upsetting, and Mishawaka is not even interested in coming to see it. Very poor customer service.
