I own a condo they manage. My aunt left it to me when she passed. I tried to tell them I own it now, but the ladies in the office keep giving me excuses for five months. They won't do their job. I can't get online to the portal. I called and emailed them, but they never call back. They're the worst management ever.

I lived with L & B Management Firm LLC for over a year. During that time, if you tried to contact them, you never got calls back. I kept reporting that when it rained, it was leaking on the first floor, but more so in the kitchen through the light fixtures, so water was mixing with electricity. They called in a roofer, but they didn't like that he said they needed a new roof, so they went with another roofer who supposedly patched it. But then, the next time it rained, it was leaking again, and the following time, the whole light fixture fell. Good thing nobody was in there, or they would have been seriously hurt or worse. I moved out because an animal got in the wall, and again, no help, so we left.

I just tried to get a new apartment and was denied. But let's start at the beginning. The new apartment had to call me to call L & B because it was over a week, and they hadn't heard back. The lady said, "Well, it's been over 5 years." Okay, they needed 7 years like most places. She got crappy and said, "Guess I have to go down to archives and find it." She also had me call the new apartments back because she lost the paperwork to fill out. She sent it back in, saying I didn't pay my last water ***, but it was taken from my deposit, so it was paid with my money. It also said we left it in bad conditions, but we got most of the deposit back, so if it was so bad, how did we get that back?

They won't fix things, and then they give you a bad reference for new housing, which has left me struggling to find housing for me and my children. I would never recommend renting from them.

I been trying to get them to fix it for weeks now, but they ain't doing nothing. It's like they don't care about the tenants or the property. I'm getting real frustrated with this situation. The website looks nice and all, but the service is terrible. Don't waste your time with L & B Management Firm LLC.

I had some problems with L and B management, mainly with my HOA manager. They charged me too much and I just paid it without thinking. I asked for help on a public site and my HOA manager threatened me with a lawsuit for defamation. Recently, they charged me for an assessment fee for the new year, but my neighbors weren't charged. My neighbor has a relationship with the HOA manager and blocks my parking space sometimes. The manager has been rude to me and won't give me the bi laws or the name of the lawyer or supervisor. I wrote an email to their help desk, but it was rejected. My neighbor said the manager plans to leave and take my community with her. It's unprofessional and I don't know who to contact to fix it.
