Subscribe to KyLin TV for a year contract. Feels like to watch no-man operated IPTV service, the TV screen always shows black sever busy signal for scheduled TV programs and lots of misplacement under TV program titles. Outrageously when we tried to cancel our services, we bombarded with sales call from KyLin TV. There was $15 rebate when we signed up one...
