I just want to say I have never been at any Kwik trip that makes me feel so welcome. Chris is great at her job. She is so friendly and keeps us coming back daily. We go out of our way to stop at 1093. Chris is always in a good mood. She goes above and beyond and treats us like family. It's so nice to see her friendly face. If anyone deserves it wld be Chris at 1093.

I love the coupons! They are great and user friendly! It’s awesome how they are new coupons every 2 weeks or so! Only downfall is when it kicks you out and if you have to log back in! My understanding is that it’s when our phones update!? Not sure! I guess it happens to a lot of customers! I don’t experience it a lot though! I really love the fuel rewards as well! Great customer service, variety of food and quality! Thank you Kwik Trip and Zietlow family! We appreciate such amazing stores!

I ONLY got the app to get extra visits watching ads. THE ADS ARE JANK SCAMS. They will not let you dislike/downvote them, and THEY WILL NOT LET YOU BLOCK A REPETITIVE AD THAT IS HIGHLY OFFENSIVE AND MAKES YOU VERY UPSET! It isn’t right. And it’s not worth having the whole entire app on my phone (making me start to hate Kwik Trip) when I could do EVERYTHING else just fine on mobile browser. Also iPhone users get way worse and way longer ads than Android users; my girlfriend and I always bet each other on which ads will play, how much LONGER past the 30 seconds it will go (sometimes it’s 30 seconds for the whole ad, plus a 10 second blank screen to stare at the name of who made the ad, and then MANDATORY opening of the app store before you can back out and FINALLY close the ad) and finally we bet on the amount of visits we’ll get for watching the ad. If it’s a 40+ second ad that opens your app store, you can be ALMOST guaranteed that you will not get a bonus visit afterward. It’s really the most messed up and unfair way for Kwik Trip to use all of us to make a ton of money ignoring our requests for a better way and/or better ads. They are becoming like Facebook where you CANNOT TRUST the entities that they let pay them off to play their horrid ads to us. I am terrified if I ever downloaded one I would have to join in on the class actions I see against the very same companies that they show us daily. It’s unbelievable and I’m getting rid of the app if someone doesn’t get back to me about all of the complaints I have put in all over. I don’t need people to tell me to “just not use it then” instead of understanding why you should be able to hide a poor and repetitive ad LIKE YOU CAN ANYWHERE ELSE.

Attempted to sign up via the app and after several tries it continued to tell me I didn’t fill in required fields. I checked and rechecked several times and everything was filled in correctly. So unfortunately I was unable to sign up which makes the app useless.

Almost every time I try to go into this app I have to reenter my username and password! Seriously; this is not a matter of national security! It’s on my password protected phone! I’m tired of having to keep looking up my password, considering deleting the app.

I play the scratch off game. The number of entries is way off. The ap does not count or add correctly. Today I had 463 entries before I started. I “won” three additional entries. The count now reads 464. Since you get one entry for playing, it should add up to 467.

Since the last upgrade, the “Earn More Visits” will not work. The screen goes black and a circle of dots keeps going around. It does not stop and locks the app up. The only way to get it to stop is to swipe the app off the page or restart my phone or iPad. Please fix!

I hate how the app asks for a password EVERY time I try and check my debit/credit accounts. At least add Face ID or something. Also, it’s 2020, one should be able to pay with the app only instead of having the cards, or perhaps allow the card to be added to Apple wallet?

“you must fill out all the required fields” or “highlighted red fields are required”... endless gibberish... can’t even create an account and yes i already have a rewards card... won’t let me past step 3 and yes the password has all the required characters...

I complete all the required fields in the sign up process, tap Sign Up, a box tells me that I need to fill in all the boxes in red, so I do FOUR times and I still can’t sign up. It takes my ‘retype your password again’, but not my initial password. Deleted the app. Why bother.

When the app lets you log in, it’s fantastic. Everything is easy to find, you can select different rewards, find locations. It’s great. However, it’ll kick you out of the app for “security” and then gives an error when trying to log in. Other than this major bug, it’s a great app.

I just bought a pizza which should have earned me 10 cents in fuel discounts, 2 pounds of butter which should have earned me another 10 cents in fuel discounts, and a gallon of milk which I’m not positive but think I should have earned another 5 cents toward fuel discounts, but my app says 0.

If people in Wisconsin want to truly save at the pump, go to Pick ‘n Save for their BP Rewards; at least they have a wide variety that isn’t solely comprised of overpriced products for mere pennies and pretty much the entire grocery’s inventory has a reward increment.

Won’t be purchasing fuel at KT anymore.

I get logged out most days now and who wants to log in every single time you want to use an app.

I used to watch an ad daily to hopefully get a free visit but that feature no longer works. If it’s not a thing anymore remove it from the app. I deleted the app and reloaded and still the same thing. Garbage app in my opinion.

I’ve had the app for awhile now and have loved it. There have been a few times throughout the years that it acts up and will not open. It usually does not last more than two days. This time has been over a week. I just sent a contact form. I’ve never had to do that as they usually keep the app up to date better. I’m interested in how long this will take to fix.

When I go on the app, a message comes up saying “Whoops! Something went wrong... [4864]”. I tried downloading the most recent update but the same thing happens, and I even deleted the app and redownloaded. Now I can’t even log into the app because when I put in my info and press log in, it gives me the same error message stated above. This has been happening to my mom also so I’m sure there are others with this problem that just aren’t reporting it.

Although I have my rewards card in the wallet app, the Kwik Rewards app is completely useless! It would be nice to be able to check your rewards, coupons and daily deals, but that’s impossible when you can’t even log in! FIX THE ISSUE OF “LOGGING OFF FOR SECURITY REASONS”! As others stated...it’s 2018 make the app sign in with Touch ID. Come on Kwik Trip we all expect the BEST from the BEST...until it’s finally fixed you’re stooping to an “inconvenience store”.
