Experience was awful
1st thing... should have been a sign, the workers were sitting outside (Madison, GA location). No one was in the restaurant, and no one was in the drive thru. I have not been to Krystal in over a year. Decided to give it a try again. 2nd thing was had a sign at drive thru "cards only". 3rd thing was, I had cash could not pay with cash and got charged a Non Cash Adjustment. Why am I being charged to use a card when I had cash. 4th thing I ordered 2 chick sandwiches. I think they had been cooked all day and they through them back in the grease to reheat. They tasted as if the grease was old and rancid. They were so dry and hard I could not even take a second bite. I work just as hard as any one and I do not want to throw my money away in a Krystal bag.

I stopped at the Krystal in Philadelphia Mississippi after work tonight around 8:30pm. When I get home to eat supper I see that all and I mean all my burgers are still raw and u cooker thoroughly. Service and lack there of
I'm astounded as to what just transpired. My wife and I decided to go to Krystals. We love Krystals and go quite often. Our son worked at this very on here on the Mary Esther cutoff. Hès going to be 49 in November. Thats how long we have been patronizing this particular establishment.
Thursday, February 29th in the afternoon we drove over and walked up to the order window. The salesperson was busy talking to a group of 4 at the drive through window. They were laughing and carrying on and we patiently waited. After several minutes he walked over to the order window, and he asked my wife what she wanted. She first ordered a coke Icee as the display out in front showed them. He told her we don't have those. She then ordered 2 cheese Krystals, chili cheese fries and a diet Coke which came to ten something. I then said I'm with her and I'd like 2 chili cheese pups, fries and a Coke Zero. He said we are out of hot dog buns and was walking away as he said it. I then said just give me two cheese Krystals with no onions. He glared at me and asked me what? As he didn't hear me. I said it louder. He said I (me) didn't have to take an attitude. I said I did not have an attitude. Isaid it louder so you could hear me. He said I don't like your attitude and I don't like waiting on people like you. He then brings my ticket (bill) and its $28. And change. I saw it and asked why it was $28 dollars when the wife's was around $10 and I only ordered 2 cheese Krystals and fries. He started screaming at me concerning my attitude.
and said I'm not waiting on you and as I had given him the ticket because I said you have the order wrong; he shoved the ticket at me and slammed the window shut. I did not want any more confrontation. I asked my wife to take the ticket as it had not deducted anything. She waited nearly 10 minutes before he would see her at the window. He told her it would take 24 hours for it to show up on my bank statement. As of this morning my money has not been refunded. Today is March 4th.
I understand his frustration as he was the only person I saw there. He tried to hear me with a radio playing and the drive-up window open.
Thats not my fault and no excuse. I wondered if he knew how to give a refund or correct his error in my order. In all my years I've never.. not anywhere been treated like this.
We went across the street to Sonic and the wife got her chili cheese fries and I a good cheeseburger. Cost $18.00.
Please refund my money. It won't stop us from visiting again unless he is at the window. I will then, question your judgement in character.

Order. Wings and shrimp
02/19/2024 Monday @ 3:48 pm. I stopped by Krystal located at 3875 Highway 80 West in Jackson,Ms. I ordered a 5 piece wing combo, a 10 piece wings only and a shrimp basket, what a waste of $35. My wings was extremely old, tasted like they were freezer burnt and they were friend so hard and didn't have the spicy flavor they normally have. But before that, when we walked in to order, the young lady that walked to the back when she saw us walked and had us waiting until she came back to the front, which when she did, she had her cellphone up to hear ear and and kind of in a loud tone, said ya'll ready to order. She had a very nasty attitude when taking our order. She quoted the price for the shrimps but was a different charge on my receipt. The shrimps was extremely full of nothing but bread mostly. My husband did ask for something in place of his shrimps and the manager came up and rude himself. Me and my daughter basically threw our wings away because at that point, i was just ready to get out of there because they attitudes was horrible and i didn't want to give the same attitude they were giving and escalate the situation.

Napkins
On January 17, 2024 @ approximately 8:00 p.m.
I stopped at Krystal on Old National hwy, college park ga. I purchased the 12 crystal special. I stop there about 2 to 3 times a month and I'm very familiar with how my food be bagged. When I got to eat I reached into my bag and all my napkins were balled up and that was very unusual. I was very upset so I called the store to speak with a manager. I told him that my napkins was balled up. He said that's how they come out of the dispenser, which is untrue. He sounded concerned until his employee start cussing me in the back ground. He then said he will replace my order, then he passed the phone to I guess would be another manager which was a female. She told me that the napkins comes like that and I told her that the napkins look like when a person has a cold and they throw each napkin in the trash balled up. Then she proceeded to say we can't replace your food. The thing about it is that I never mentioned food to neither of them. Then she put the male manager back on the phone and he repeated what she said about a replacement. I told him I was sorry and he was going to call corporate. I said No I am going to call that I know he's not going to because his cashier is disrespectful a customer right in front of him the manager. He said she wasn't cussing when I could clearly hear her. He never told her to stop. I'm very disappointed in Krystal because I've never been so humiliated from anyone there, when I told him how rude his employee was he hung up the phone on me.

Sunday morning November the 5th at 4:00 a.m. almost breakfast time I went to Crystal's to get some food and wind up having to get their regular menu instead of the breakfast menu anyways I ordered a number five I think comes with the cheese crystals and chili cheese fries well the chili cheese fries were not even on my order they left them out I got four cheese crystals that were horrible they were the worst meat I've ever eaten at a fast food restaurant they were like salt pork hamburgers I mean it was atrocious and the bad thing about it is I went back to get the problem resolved talk to the manager in an employee although they handled it well and it looks as it was going to be taken care of they instructed me that they didn't have the authority as the other manager and I would have to come back and see her early in the morning that she's the only one that can give me a refund so they kept my receipt there at the cash register and told me it would be there when I came to see the other manager in the morning which is a girl named nakia I went back to see that manager and it was a horrible experience she was the only one at the store this was the November 6th at about 7:30 in the morning first off she didn't really care about taking care of my complaints nor did she even act like didn't pertain to her anyway whatsoever I was basically bothering her you know in her time you know I don't understand how she can feel like that she is the manager at the store she is the person that supposed to take care of the customer service issues but I guess she didn't get that in the employee handbook anyways not the fact that she was just rude she was just flat out a horrible person because all she did was look at me and weird ways I guess because I was in sweatpants and I'd walked to the window like I was so homeless refugee and she didn't have time to concern for me but anyways I told him my situation she instructed me that she couldn't do anything about her seat well I just heard the receipt was left there at the register and I was just here you know 8 9 10 hours ago something like that and told her everything that happened and she said she couldn't find me a seat told me couldn't do anything slam the window in my face and laughed at me so finally I got to open the window back up and I asked her if I can get her name and the number if she could touch with the corporate she told me that if I want to get in touch with cork it I can corporate I could talk to hey Google maybe I could find somebody that can help me there anyways that's my experience and I will say it was the most horrible customer experience issue I've ever had with a company or corporation I never thought somebody could be so rude and make somebody feel so disgusted when all they want is their refund for the horrible meal they received and are didn't receive half of it wasn't even there thank you I hope this is resolved then have a good day

Blonde lady at the window changed my order
It is 10:49 pm On [protected] and i went to the Krystals on Lexington rd in Athens ga. i ordered the number 4 with chili chesses fries and chesses Krystals and a fruit punch Icee. i got the Icee and a number 5 chicken Kyrstal's, i don't eat chicken. She had no right to change my order. i would like my money back and her to be removed from the store, better yet i wont order from there again. I placed the bag of food in the fridge to return it in the morning to a manager.

My husband placed two separate orders but only received one order and it was incorrect so he returned to the store to pick up the second order and to have the orders remade because they were cold. The employee argued that he had given both orders to him then proceeded to call my husband a liar we both have worked in the restaurant industry I was a manager for 15 years and understand how difficult it can be to work in a restaurant and usually would never complain I even tried calling the restaurant to let them know he was returning for the second order but they never answered I did leave a message. When my partner and I ordered our food, on August 28th we ordered half of the krystals hamburger and the other half cheeseburger without mustard when we opened our food when we got home only 6 was the hamburger and the rest was cheeseburger with mustard and when I called them to complain they answered then hung up I was not pleased with the service.

This morning I went to the drive thru on Germantown Parkway in Germantown TN. I ordered a pick 5, which were 4 Krystals w/cheese and a fry with a cup of water. Once I got to the window, the cashier received my payment. After 2 to 3 minutes she advised it will be another 2 minutes before receiving my order. Once I got my order and made it the the kids bus stop, I take a bite. It taste like pure salt! I tried calling the location 11 x's. No one answered. I then proceeded to ride 12 back to the location for a remake. I notified the cashier of the issue. She said they will remake my order with no salt. Well, of course when I took another bite, salt! I really would like my money back. I don't go to that area often and gas cost! This was a major inconvenience for me and I'm very disappointed because I love and have my mouth set for those Krystals.
