Krystal - Cold food
I don't want a refund. I just want hot food. How difficult is that? I can NEVER get hot, fresh burgers and fries. Even when I request 'made to order.' And the chili would be good if it weren't so salty, burgers would be decent if they weren't so DRY and lukewarm, and the fries are good when they're actually hot. Nobody likes lukewarm food. The fast food restaurants here in Ringgold are some of the worst I've ever been to. I wish that there were more "made to order" fast food restaurants.

You complained about McDonald's, now you're complaining about Krystal. Why don't you just keep your butt at home and cook for yourself from now on? You NEVER try getting a manager involved. You just like to complain.
Unfortunately what makes fast food so fast is that it often isn't made to order. You may want to try getting to-go food from restaurants instead.
