KRMA Awful customer service

Do not buy anything from www.krma.com and better shop elsewhere. I have purchased several items from them and my order never was shipped and I don't have a clue what had happened to it!
Customer service refused to help me and they did not provide any information about my order!
This seller is not trustworthy, do not believe them and don't give them your money!
If you don't believe me then check all the reviews online!
Avoid at all costs!

KRMA Beware!!

About a year ago I accidentally found www.krma.com and really liked the merchandise and the prices. I went online and checked the reviews and there were only positive ones, so I made an order. After a year when I check the reviews I was shocked, because most of them were terrible! Anyways, I did not receive my dress! Can you imagine this? One year passed and I received nothing yet and I doubt that I'll ever get it! Stay far away from this terrible scam! Do not give them your money and better shop elsewhere!

krma you must be crazy! i had the same experience! your customer care is garbage! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KRMA PEOPLE! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

KRMA Seller didn't provide info, because I didn't tell him order number

The company www.krma.com is scamming place, so don’t buy from them. I placed the order on 29th July. It was written on the website that they would ship orders within 24 hours. My ordered items were in stock and I waited 2 days, but the seller hasn’t provided info about the delivery. I contacted this person, but he asked me about the order number, but I couldn’t find it. Please, help me, because I have no idea how to behave myself in such situations.

do not buy from this website its a scam they will not deliver your items. also, there is no way of contacting them.
