I'm really unhappy with Krishi Tool. I ordered a brush cutter for INR 12450 from them, and they charged me INR 5000 for cash-on-delivery. They didn't deliver the product, and they're not refunding my payment either. This company is a fraud, and I don't know what to do now.

Hey y'all, I just wanted to share my experience with Krishi Tool. I was lookin' for a website that could help me find some quality products for my farm, and this one seemed to be a good bet according to what I found out on Google. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big ol' scam! They took my money and I never got any of the products that I ordered.

I ain't the kinda person to take things lyin' down though, so I filed a complaint with the National Consumer Forum and I'm planin' to take these crooks to court! It's just crazy to me that Google would allow them to be promoted like that without doin' their due diligence.

I recently bought a Brush cutter from Krishi Tool (kri[censored]ool.com). I was expecting a 4 stroke tool, but they ended up sending me a 2 stroke instead. And to make matters worse, they forgot to include the Clutch Drum in my package!

I reached out and informed them of their mistake, but they just responded by telling me to contact their Packing department. When I told them that I did, they simply stated that they were not responsible for the mistake and that I should just purchase a new one from their online link.

I must say, their customer service team is only responsive when you are in the process of paying for a product. Unfortunately, after that initial purchase, they don't bother about your queries anymore. It is such a frustrating experience and the worst service I've had in a while.

First off, when I tried to put the dang thing together, I found that the cradle weren't welded right. I tried to reach out to their customer care, but I couldn't get ahold of nobody. Now, I reckon you don't wanna be makin' the same mistake as me and buyin' one of these here poor-quality Chinese machines. Nope, you should go right out and get yourself a HONDO 4 STROKE machine from one of them authorised dealers. Trust me, it'll save you a whole lot of trouble!

Kri[censored]ool.com par account banana bahut simple hai. Order karna bhi bahut aasan hai. Bas apni details fill karo aur order place kar do. Aur is kaam ki speed bhi bahut tezi se hoti hai. Kuch dino main hi order deliver ho jaata hai.

Kri[censored]ool ka sabse achha part yeh hai ki customer service kaafi reliable hai. Baar baar call karke koi tension nai lena padta hai. Order ke baad agar koi issue hai to Krishi Tool ki team kaafi quickly resolve karti hai.
