I cashed my crypto assets in and went to transfer my funds and when I did my account disappeared It says my email which is my account does not exist and all get is bot generated bs. Need to log in to do anything and I cannot they just say log inn and change password. I cannot login. No live help is just wrong I have tried for 10 days doing everything there bots sy to do with no results. You cannot do anything without logging in. Do not trust as they have no customer service available

Kraken closed my account and refuses to transfer my funds back into my bank.

I had been with Kraken several months. I came to Kraken as the platform had very positive reviews. I will be responding to every review site I can find
In early April my account was closed. No warning. No recourse offered. Crypto value disappeared. I set up an account with another service, but wallets for my accounts with Kraken failed.
II wrote a email request to support every other day. At first, I got responses by computer that I would be contacted with 48 hours. No contact. I called in, after a week, stayed on hold, then got a rep who said they would get back to me in 48 hours. Three days later I wrote and requested to have the matter expedited. That email was acknowledged by a "human", and to quote: "Your request has been escalated to the relevant department who will get back to you as soon as possible."
It has been a week since that email. I sent a reply but have not received anything,
I am out about $500.
