Opened package and in corners it has this black material in the corner and it's very gross. I have pictures and production date in attached. I always buy this cheese it's one of my favorites but I won't buy again. Please look into this someone could get very sick. Black spots were in one corner and on that end of the cheese. Looks almost like mold.

We bought the Kraft combo turkey breast and ham at Walmart. We almost always buy your product, but this time the ham was simply not edible. Once we opened the package, we found that the ham was not to the typical standards we've become accustomed to. It is gross and is mostly just fat.

We would like to request a coupon for a replacement, so we can buy another product that is edible.

I recently splurged and bought a large can of Planters Deluxe Whole Cashews at a local WalMart. The can info is 06MAR19 1843 X2. The canister has several globs of an unknown origin. They appear to be pieces of nuts - not sure if they are cashews or peanuts - that appear to be glued together. They are pretty disgusting. I would appreciate a refund of the purchase price of 8.99 and an explanation of what on earth the substance is.

I opened a new box of Velveeta yesterday 06/13/2017 & found a disgusting substance in the corners of the package. I have no idea what it could be, but I will most likely never buy Velveeta again. Pictures are attached along with the lot# of the package. You may want to check into it. We are hoping to not become ill. Feedback appreciated. I do not have a purchase receipt as we do not keep grocery receipts.

I bought a 32-pack package of Knox Unflavored Gelatin from Von's on Lyons Ave., Newhall, CA on May 25, 2017.

When I opened it to use it, gelatin spilled all over and I discovered that 4 of the packages had been all scrunched up and busted open in the packing process.

I realize this is a pretty small loss, and I am not really asking for anything, but I just thought you should be aware.

Little plastic tab to open individual wrappers tears off, instead of opening.

I suspect the sonic welder is set to "hot". I have to mangle the cheese slice of perform an operation on each one.

I am applaud of the surrounding and setting at which our products are packaged at. As a customer how can one truly just a product if its factory has messes like this. So we customers are getting dirty packages, that could possibly be contamination. If this is how the finished product is going out I can only imagine what is actually been packaged. How are they able to inspect and make sure the best quality is out. How do we as customers know that gloves are being worn, aprons are being worn, that machines are actually cleaned? How? Bought a bag today to try. The 3 that I was able to peel away from the bag were ok, but the sticky mess (and by mess I mean worse than when you roast them and get sticky and messy...MUCH worse than that).
The flavor idea is a great one. But go back to the drawing board for packaging. Normally there is 'some' are inside the bag to allow for movement of the marshmallows. Not these. This bag was vacuum sealed...which is a good idea for cheese...bad idea for marshmallows. Horrible. Had to throw them out. The remaining mallows were too stuck to the bag to make the attempt yo enjoy them worthwhile. Sad.

Where's the cheese?

In the last year or so I am finding the quality of your products have gone down dramatically. I used two boxes of mac and cheese tonight and there was no cheese flavor at all. I understand wanting to produce the product cheaply but it does no good to degrade it to the point people won't buy it any longer. I am no longer a customer.

I bought a 12 pack of Mac and Cheese from Costco yesterday and when I made it I found a bug in it after stirring. See pictures attached. This will not deter our family from purchasing Kraft products but it is very disappointing as we were not at home when we made it and my son is a very picky eater. So, he ended up having a waffle for dinner, !which is not what he wanted - he's 6 years old.

I shop at the Giant Food store in Bowie, Maryland and for some reason they only have the small (Cheese Glass) jars of Old English and Pimento cheeses available during holidays. Why is that 1) the store doesn't order it, or 2) Kraft doesn't stock it in our Giant store. The Old English is my favor cheese, and I would buy it every week, if available, when I shop.

In the box of Kraft Shake and Bake I purchased both shaker bags were sealed in the middle with both the top and bottom ends opened making them useless. I had no other baggies on hand, so I ended up pouring the shake and bake crumbs into a bowl in order to cover the chicken breasts I was attempting to bake. While an easy fix - it was quite messy, and defeats the purpose and idea behind the Shake and Bake product.

I buy Countrytime lemonade all the time. When you guys made the concentrate a few years back I was so excited. I took it everywhere. Now its not available in my area. If I could at least purchase this item from online I would be happy but I can't. I am writing to ask kraft to please start making kraft garlic cheese again! I know you have had to have thousands of emails about this and wanted to add mine to it! It may not be a big seller during the entire year but there is no other option for us! Holiday recipes are certainly not as good as they used to be but I for one could use this cheese year round. So I hope that you can at least think about making the garlic cheese again I know so many people would be thrilled! Thank you for your time and answers.

First, I'd like to say, I enjoy your products. I'm a big fan of cheese. You're cheese is delicious but the Hot habanero Monterey Jack cheese with jalepeno and habanero peppers was very mild. I was extremely disappointed. Maybe your test group was filled with elderly folks. I am not sure. But this cheese, while still tastey, remained very mild. I'm not looking for any sort of refund or free cheese but I really wish you would label appropriately.

We bought a 16oz bag of marshmallows ( kraft jet puffed) the kind we always buy. They looked fine but when we opened them the were all struck together and were a oowy gooey mess. We love kraft and only by your marshmallows, we can't stands generic. We were planning a get together for memorial day weekend and they were very unpleasant. They immediately stuck to fingers making a mess. We bought them at super Wal-Mart in Lebanon In

Yesterday, in celebration of Memorial Day my family had a cook out. Of course we had your Oscar Mayer hotdogs! Unfortunately, as the pictures show, one of the hotdogs had a clear and black striped piece of plastic inside one of the hotdogs. We only found a portion of the packaging, it was bought at Harris Teeter in Chesapeake, VA last week. I hope you can help reimburse me for the package because as soon as this was found we pitched the others not knowing if they were tainted or not. Your above mentioned products quality have gone down so bad I only buy Heinz ketchup. Sad day. Believe in an American food company. Refuse to buy anything else for fear if poor quality. Other quality fair priced products on market. Shame on you.
