This is to inform you that we have visited one of your branch btm layout their we met Ms.Preethi, she explained the process and the bajaj finance loan system.We told to check our eligibility in bajaj finance, its approved same day itself, but we told Ms.Preethi will come back after some days to process it, she agreed.But, first month onward emi deductions started we are calling all the people through preethi mobile and the landline no response.
Know this is third month, every month 05th the emi will deducted from account . My husband is client, he is transplant patient, 2nd month we came for enqurying this deduction amount that time they told will put request to refund the amount and take the treatment from may onwards.
we have paid some amount as advance as well as the EMI .I did mistake we selected your product.
Please do something, refund the amount or somebody call us .
