I've been going to Knotts Scary farm for the past 15 years. 7 of those 15 years I've been having to use a scooter due to mobility. They always allowed me inside their mazes without issue but this year they said no. They claimed that I had to move into a smaller sized wheelchair, but I am not small. They don't have wheelchairs to accommodate bigger people. That not only affects fat people like me but also super tall people who are handicapped. Now none of us can go to Knotts Scary Farm as long as they stick with this new policy that isn't on their website I may add. All I got for my loss of time and frustration was my money back. Big deal. If they really wanted to please me after I took a day off of work for nothing and sat there for 2 hours trying to get my cash back, they would have reimbursed me for the entire 500 bucks I spent there on my entire party. That's someone who takes care of their customers. This is discrimination against larger sized people. Basically, by making their mazes smaller now they are saying too bad you can't go in unless you are smaller and can fit into our mazes. I'm glad Universal still has not turned this way

Desired outcome: I want my entire refund back and some kind of note on your site stating that you will have to switch to a smaller chair if you're not big enough to fit in this specific sized wheelchair. It's not fair to us at all

11/04/2022 your customer service denied a special assistance pass for my son which is a regional center client with autisum. This is a unkawful act upon there part. This is discrimination against handcap people with disabilities. The managers name is Marco and the customer service rep was mabel.
