I took break for few months from games, returned back in March 2024, found out I got hacked in February of 2024. I contacted support and instead of helping me get my account back to me, they banned me instead for saying my account was a "security risk". They also claimed they never had a data leak but then how is my account a "Security risk" in that case, ive tried to get my account unbanned multiple times but to no avail, as they keep saying invalid billing address even though I give them most recent transaction I did.

They use to be good company, but when they were bought by gamingo their support changed for the worst.
