Key Durban (Mobeni) review: They sold me a defective car which has had engine failure ever since I purchased it and they can not fix the problem.

I write in complete anger and disgust over the consecutive problems I have had with the car that I bought brand new from KEY Durban in Mobeni. I bought the car round about October 2019. brand new, I was the first owner and I am the only owner of the car. Ever since I have bought the car it has given me nonstop engine problems. The engine light on the car keeps coming on. I have taken the car back to KEY Durban more than 5 times in the 2 years that I have bought it. The service consultant (Rajendra from KEY DURBAN) keeps telling me that the car is fixed only to drive the car 2 or 3 weeks and the engine light comes on again and the power cuts off and I have to take the car back to them again. This is highly highly unacceptable as this shows very poor workmanship. I have had to go over a week without transport to go to work because the car was being fixed at the dealership. At some point I was told an engine was replaced on the car but the problem has not stopped. As it it apparently as the service agent advised, there is a new engine on the car BUT the car STILL has problems. As it is today while driving to work the engine light came on AGAIN and the power cut off. I had to drop the car off at KEY Durban AGAIN to have it checked and fixed. This has caused and is still causing a lot of inconvenience for me as I have to struggle with transport going to and from work. I really cannot take this anymore. This car has become a headache for me and I don’t want to take any more of this really.

I am a lady driver of the car and all I wanted was a reliable car to take me to and from work safely and peacefully but this car has given me headaches and problems one after another. This car has never skipped a service, and it is always serviced by the very same dealership I bought it from. The dealership has never even had the decency to offer a courtesy car while the car is being fixed.

I will need OPEL SA to take this car back, I don’t want it anymore, I want to go buy another car, and I will be looking very far from OPEL.

I will need compensation for my trouble and time and inconvenience for all this. I will also need very urgent response on the matter failing which I will have no choice other than to take this matter up with every public platform that there is. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Helo Peter, You Tube every single social platform there is until this issue is resolved.

I need urgent response on the matter….
