Kelly Nurseries Dead plants, replacements not sent, refund not issued.

on 03/24/2022 I placed an order for 24, Item # 6643, The Fairy Pink Cushion Rose. A cost of $239.00. The Order # is 563044.

Most of the plants were dead on arrival. Only six (6) plants were viable.

I contacted company in October 2021 for a refund / replacement. I received a postcard response that said they were replacing all 24 plants and that shipment would be in the Spring 2022.

I have not received these plants.

I did not receive a refund and have not received any replacement plants.

Desired outcome: Refund of the cost for order # 563044, $239.65

Kelly Nurseries Product and service

My plants last year arrived dead in late July (ordered in March 2021) - called and they said I had to wait because they were dominant (which I do understand but it was rather late to be receiving trees). Called last week (end of April) and was told that they will only give me credit (have to reorder them all by phone) given a credit number for my $137.67 worth of plants and this week they are no longer open. I want my money or my plants - either will suffice for me. This is hard for everyone because no one has extra money at this time - but sounds like they took everyone's money and ran.

Desired outcome: I would like my plants

Kelly Nurseries Over half of my order not delivered, no one answers the phone and no one replies to the website contact

My $94.64 order, placed in January and paid in full by check, was partially delivered in early March — mainly the free items and the small ticket items. I have tried multiple times to reach them by phone to find out if the rest of my order was ever going to ship, but the phone is always busy or after hours with no voice mail. I reached out by website and all I got was an auto generated reply. There is no customer service. Even the items they did ship to me (for example 3 Siberian Elm $7.99) are dead. I would like to publicly receive a list of every company that is tied to Kelly Nursery so that I can be sure to never order from any of them ever again. BBB lists the owner Deanne Colledge as also owning Burgess Seed (which I have ordered from yearly for decades), 4 Seasons Nursery, Direct Gardening, Exciting Gardens, Farmers Seed. This poor customer service is giving mail order catalog nurseries a very bad name. I am sad that I have been taken for a ride, but troubled by ordering online and by catalog again in the future.

Kelly Nurseries I ordered in March and havent receiced my order yet!

I sent an order through the mail on March 18 2021, you cashed my check for $152.56, but I havent received anything yet as of May 22 2021.Please send my money back.

Kelly Nurseries Order not received

Hello I need to file a complaint due to I ordered$120.00 worth of shrubs etc and I've contacted through email no response it says I ordered they took the money out of my bank account now I try to call them several times all I get is two rings then busy signal. Please refund my money if not going to send my stuff thank you have blessed day Lorene suffridge

Kelly Nurseries Order id#331397 and id#378994

My first order 331397 (($59.80) I received and several items were dead. As per the directions of their guarantee, I requested replacement of these items in writing and enclosed the original packing slip. Since that time another of the items (the third of the four butterfly bushes I had ordered) has died but I no longer have the packing slip to request a replacement.

Prior to my receiving my first order, I made a second order on 4/16/2020 (#378994 from Kelly (amount $73.01). Due to the length of time since my order, and since I can't tell if it has been shipped yet I would like to cancel this order. I have not been able to reach them by telephone - line constantly rings busy. Their website contains no way to email them.
I am very disappointed with this company. I rate them a -2 and will never order from them again. Both of these orders were charged to my credit card and I want a refund!

Kelly Nurseries Horrible experience

I am disgusted with Kelly Nurseries and I regret I did not read the reviews.
I bought 5 plants from their website www.kellynurseries.com and delivery took way longer than I expected. It took them 7 weeks to deliver my order and upon arrival all plants were in a terrible condition, in other words they were dead.
I contacted Kelly Nurseries support service and they said that they need two weeks to discuss my case. Two weeks later they said that they were not able to help me. I was angry and demanded a full refund, and they only reply that they need extra time to discuss that with their management.
Never heard anything back. What a terrible company to deal with, they are nothing but bunch of scammers.

Kelly Nurseries Trees not received

I ordered 2 Golden Chain Trees on 1/15/16. Order number [protected]. We received a package on April 1, 2016 late in the evening. It contained only one tree. I called [protected] and I was told that I had to send this letter to Bloomington, IL, explaining the issue and including the original shipping label. When I asked for an email address, I was told it must go out snail mail (USPS). Unbelievable! This is 2016, we live in a digital age, not in the early 1900’s!
So, imagine my surprise when I started researching and found that the BBB of Peoria, IL has over 140 complaints about your HORRIBLE SERVICE. I made it 141!
I then called the number I found on the BBB website [protected]) and was told this was “Corporate Policy”, stupid policy! Then when I asked where to send this stupid letter I was given a different address in Minnesota! Now I have to send 2 letters? Oh, I only have ONE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL, I’m really screwed now! I’ll be sure to tell all my Digital Friends on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp and anywhere else I can find NOT to shop with these companies! Oh, I forgot, they live in 1950 and none of this matters to them because none of this exists in their world yet and they don’t care about their customers!

Kelly Nurseries Plants were dead, when I got them

I wasn’t satisfied with the services of www.kellynurseries.com. I have bought plants from them, but the delivery process was so long and sophisticated that I got already dead plants. I took photos of them and emailed the seller. I attached the photos and asked to substitute the plants, but the seller sent me rude and impolite letter. I understood that he wasn’t easy-going and wouldn’t change the orders easily.
