Keeps review: Horrible billing department

Want to get billed for a incorrect prescription that has not shipped and you called them 2 minutes after checkout? Well buy from Keeps then!

The facebook ad shows the meds as: Tadalafil 20 mg, Vardenafil 20 mg, Apomorphine 3 mg and when we got done checking out and paying it shows: Tadalafil 5mg Vardenafil 10mg Apomorphine 2mg Sublingual which is a far cry from what is advertised.

I replied to the doctor 4 minutes after checkout telling them this was incorrect then I called the Keeps support line and was told that the meds would all be held until I get a reply form the doctor and get it straighten out.

A different doctor replies 6.5 hours later saying I needed to order the PowerHouse Max vs the standard PowerHouse. Well be bought the product off Keeps own ad off facebook. It links to the product we purchased. There is not even a PowerHouse Max even listed on the sales page only what we bought. I finally found the Max version only in the webmin under "change medication" so no one will see that product unless they buy the 1st one.

I called Keeps back the next morning and just asked them to cancel it off and I would reorder. I told the agent what went down and she said she would put in a refund request because the meds had not shipped. She looked on the website as well and was unable to find any "power house max" same as me.

Billing department replies at 9pm on 9-29 says sorry we cannot cancel it. I was like what? Then today on 9-30 at 4pm I get a shipment notice.

My advise to anyone reading this is do not buy anything from Keeps. There are 100s of sites to buy ed pills from and anyone who treats their customers like this does not deserve your business.
