Katy Craft You won't recieve your item

I purchased a unique wooden keyboard from this company, firstly not sure when it would arrive as there was no timeframe for postage and no option to pay extra for fast postage.

After two weeks I followed up on this and was told it had been dispatched, when asking for a tracking number I was told there was delays, after a further two weeks of back and forth with the same issues they would not provide an update until I advised I would look to write reviews on any site I could find about my experience, they then issued a full refund after 5 weeks since my original purchase, I am not very happy as I didn't want a refund I simply wanted the item I ordered and was mislead and diverted for weeks whenever I tried to query where my item was.

Katy Craft Alarm clock

I ordered an alarm clock last week and it said it would be with me within 3-5 working days and a week later I've not heard a thing about it. No email to say it's been sent out or any kind of contact from you about it. Where is the product that I have paid for? If you would've said a longer delivery date I would've gone to a shop and bought it so I'm left waiting when if you would have been honest about delivery date none of this would be happening now!

Desired outcome: Want the product I've paid for or a refund with compensation for your poor customer service! I own and run my own roofing company so I know about customer satisfaction to which your company obviously doesn't care about.

Katy Craft Terrible Experience with Katy Craft: Do NOT Trust this Online Store!

I had a truly disappointing experience with Katy Craft, an online store that sells a wide range of products. I had ordered a beautiful bird bath from their website and eagerly waited for weeks to receive it. Unfortunately, the package got stuck in customs in the United Kingdom and was eventually sent back to the company.

I immediately contacted Katy Craft and inquired about a refund, but to my dismay, they refused to refund my payment. I was utterly frustrated, and I felt like I had been scammed by the company. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this online store, as they are clearly not trustworthy.

Furthermore, their customer service was unhelpful and discourteous. Even after explaining my situation to their representatives, they seemed indifferent to my problem and unwilling to provide any viable solutions. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

I strongly advise anyone who is thinking about doing business with Katy Craft to reconsider their decision. Their lack of integrity and customer service has left me determined never to do business with them again. Overall, I had an incredibly negative experience with this company, which was nothing short of a complete scam.

Katy Craft Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with Katy Craft

I cannot express my disappointment enough with Katy Craft. After ordering a product from their website (katycraft.com), I was optimistic about receiving a quality item. And yet, my experience turned out to be anything but positive. Upon opening my package, I found that the item I had received was nothing like what had been advertised on the website. It was cheaply made and lacked all of the features that had initially attracted me to the product in the first place.

Feeling rightfully frustrated, I reached out to Katy Craft's customer service team in hopes of finding a resolution. However, their response only served to add insult to injury. They informed me that I would be required to pay for the return postage back to China, effectively shifting any blame onto me for their dishonest business practices.

In the end, I can only label my experience with Katy Craft as a complete scam. They falsely represented their product in order to make a sale, and when confronted with the truth, they refused to take any responsibility for their wrongdoing. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from katycraft.com to proceed with extreme caution.

Katy Craft Beware: Katy Craft's Hair Removal Device Is a Cheap Knockoff with Shoddy Craftsmanship

I recently purchased a hair removal device from Katy Craft, thinking it would be the perfect solution to my grooming needs. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was incredibly disappointed to find that the product I received was not what was advertised - in fact, it seemed to be a cheap knockoff of the real thing.

But my disappointment didn't end there. As I tried to charge the device, I quickly realized that the charging port and the surrounding plastic casing were completely misaligned, rendering the product useless. It's clear to me that Katy Craft doesn't put much care into their products, and I felt that I had no choice but to request a refund.

Overall, I would highly advise against buying anything from Katy Craft. Not only was the product I received a complete disappointment, but the shoddy craftsmanship and lack of attention to detail just underscores the fact that this company is not one to be trusted for quality or reliability. Save your money and look elsewhere for your beauty needs!

Katy Craft Disappointing Experience: Katy Craft Fails to Deliver or Refund

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Katy Craft and I would not recommend shopping on their website. After purchasing an item, I waited for weeks to receive it, only to be informed by the company that they would not be sending it at all. Unfortunately, I did not receive a refund either, despite being told that my payment had been returned to me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and I feel that I have been cheated out of my hard-earned money.

What's worse is that Katy Craft appears to have absolutely no intention of taking responsibility for their actions or making things right for their customers. I tried contacting their customer service department numerous times but received no response, indicating a general lack of attentiveness and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with Katy Craft and would not trust this company with my money again in the future. I urge potential customers to think twice before making any purchases on their website, and to consider the risks of dealing with such a poorly-managed business.

Katy Craft Disappointing Experience with katycraft.com Facial Cleanser and Customer Service

I recently purchased the facial cleanser from katycraft.com, hoping for a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations. Despite my efforts to try different batteries, it failed to work. This was understandably frustrating, and I reached out to the customer service team a few times to explain the issue. To my disappointment, I did not hear back from them. Not even an acknowledgment of the situation or an apology.

Katy Craft Misleading product picture and difficult customer service at katycraft.com

I recently purchased the King Ghidorah 2019 toy from katycraft.com. The product picture on the website was exactly what I was expecting, and the packaging arrived with the 2019 design as promised. However, upon further inspection, the actual toy was not the right one. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

I attempted to contact customer service to resolve the issue, but unfortunately it was incredibly frustrating. The process of returning the toy seemed like a hassle, and after multiple emails, it still wasn’t resolved.

In addition to the wrong toy, the one that I did receive was not assembled correctly. The wings didn’t work properly and overall the quality of the toy was disappointing.

While I cannot speak to the quality of all of the products sold on katycraft.com, my experience was less than satisfactory. If you’re looking for a reliable and easy shopping experience, I would recommend checking out bigbadtoystore instead.

As a concerned consumer, I felt compelled to share my recent experience with Katy Craft. I came across their website, katycraft.com, and decided to make a purchase. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no communication from the company regarding my order, except for an email from PayPal confirming the payment. What made matters worse was that the private email listed on PayPal as the account name my money was going to, raised some red flags for me.

I immediately decided to cancel my order and attempted to stop the payment through PayPal. This was an incredibly frustrating process, and it made me wonder why sites like Katy Craft aren't banned in the UK. If they aren't registered to trade in the UK, then why is PayPal's Pay after Delivery system not fulfilling its intended purpose?
