Consumer beware of this company attempts at getting extra payments on your account. I have a lease my payments are due Bi-weekly. I had a payment due on 3/9/21 I made the payment on 3/8/21. I received an email from Katapult confirming the payment. I logged onto my dashboard on 3/9/21 it showed the payment pending. I knew it would take a few days to post, so I waited a few days logged on once again on 3/11/21 the payment still showed pending, and now it has my payment late and the second payment is showing due. I called and spoke with a representative on 3/9, 3/11/3/12 I was told because the payment was an ACH network payment made with a checking account it will take 5 days to post, so I waited 5 days I called Katapult and spoke with a representative I am now told it will be 7-10 days before the payment post to my account. I contacted my bank to verify when the money was deducted from my checking account. I was told the money was withdrawn from my checking account by Katapult on 3/9/21 I was also told even with delays it should only take 4 days for Katapult to receive payment and post it to my account. Today is 3/13/21 the payment is still showing pending. I called once again and spoke with a Katapult representative regarding the still pending payment, I am now told it will take 7-10 days before the payment will be posted, I called again today Monday 3/15/21 to speak with a supervisor after waiting on hold and been told the supervisor will be with me, after waiting on hold a few more minutes the representative told me the supervisor will not be available to speak with me. It is this how they treat their customers. What is going on with this company, something here that doesn't pass the sniff test. I am not the only consumer with issues with this company regarding their payment practices they have a 1.2 out of 5 stars on the BBB website for a reason "Consumer Beware". Do your due diligence before dealing with these people! I am available to speak with anyone at Katapult regarding my complaint, but so far that has been impossible "BUYER BEWARE"

Desired outcome: I would like for my account to be updated and and all payments posted accurately

Similar issue. I paid the buyout amount in full 5 days after the initial purchase. That was 3/5. It is now 3/17 and they keep giving me BS that the payment is still in transit. It was withdrawn from my checking account on 3/8. It literally does not take 9 days to process a payment. It seems they're dragging their feet in hopes I'll get frustrated and stop pestering them. I will call, email, text, etc...until this payment is reflected on my account. I've screenshotted every conversation I've had and emailed myself transcripts of the correspondence. They specifically said I will not be charged for my next payment nor will I be charged any late fee. I have receipts so I have no issues seeking legal advice to correct my issue.
