Karls Technology review: No show

I booked an appointment and was told a tech would be at my house between the hours of 8:00 to 10a.m, with a call 30 minutes before arrival. I called at 10:30 to find out where the tech was. I was told someone would call me back in a few minutes. I called again at 10:45 and 11. I was told that "something" came up and would I like to make another appointment . I replied that there was no reason somone did not call as promised to advise me that the appointment would not be honored, and that this was not handled professionally. I cancelled the appointment.
