Karatbars International review: The seller hasn't delivered order and changed the conversation when I wanted to get money

Avoid the company Karatbars International at all costs. I have purchased gold from them and money was transferred on time, as we agreed with the seller. Unfortunately, the seller tipped-toed around the problem and hasn’t delivered the order. He told me that there were some problems with the delivery company, but it wasn’t truth. They simply didn’t want to send my order and when I asked about refund, they suddenly changed the conversation.
