Karatbars International review: Locked out of my account, paid for products not received

My Karatbars account has been locked down for 4 to 6 months under investigation when there's been no investigation all these months my affiliate made a purchase back in December 2019 and then five months later decided that she wanted to let her bank know that it was fraudulent that she didn't do the purchase when in fact she did the purchase, my sponsor Stephanie Chapman assisted Nancy Cinelli with her purchase and did so process it Nancy submitted her credit card for Stephanie to make a purchase I had nothing to do with anything Stephanie Chapman illegally went into my account to purchase $4200 worth of gold for Nancy‘s purchase without my consent or permission or knowledge. Rachel Garcia is an investigator with Karatbars in Germany is in charge of this my situation I have not been able to speak to anyone they won't answer my calls I've been lied to they're going to call me she's going to call me they're going to take care of it to no avail if anybody's account should be locked down it should be Stephanie Chapman‘s as she made the purchase for Nancy Cinelli Nancy gave her her credit card information again I have nothing to do with anything Since this purchase three months ago Nancy Cinelli went to Bank of America and reverse these charges against me but she will not submit the paperwork that Karatbars needs to verify that this change has taken place with the bank they want me to get the paper from her I don't know where she is I have no access to Nancy Cinelli but Stephanie Chapman does no one will assist me in clearing my name I have wrote emails to the CEO Mr. sites everybody keeps referring me back to support support can't talk to me because it's in the hands of Rachel Garcia I have spent a lot of money I've purchased a lot of gold and coins with Karatbars and to not have access to my account is absurd I thought you were innocent until proven guilty in the United States no one has proved anything against me I have 40 affiliates under me that I've signed on I can't service them I can't help them there a new products being offered to the Karatbars world I have no access my people don't have access this is not right After Nancy said nice purchase was made I've noticed that I was getting her invoices in my account I asked Stephanie Chapman why am I getting these invoices that belong to Nancy she told me she didn't know Karatbars probably made a mistake there's no reason that I should have anybody else's invoices in my account it wasn't until I continue to email Karatbars Support Team that I found out that $4200 of gold was purchased through my account with Nancy Cinalli‘s credit card which I did not do and had no knowledge of again I've been getting the runaround from us going on six months now I haven't been able to do anything in my account I have over a half 1 million gold coins that I need to be investing reinvesting doing some things with I can't do anything with my account it continues to remain locked until Nancy so now I submit this paper that she got from the bank reversing these fraudulent charges against me. I've contacted the CEO Mr. Howard sites on two or three occasions and he keeps referring me back to support I call support support can't help me because it's in Rachel Garcia‘s hands Rachel Garcia will not give me the courtesy of a phone call I have not talk to anyone about my account it continues to remain closed I need help.
When I first joined Karatbars Stephanie Chapman assisted me with opening my account with my password and everything I never knew that she kept my password that's how she was able to go into my account and buy the gold for Nancy like I purchased it I have a $1200 K1 Palse phone that I purchased I also have a whim laptop that I purchased in January I have not received yet that was about $2600 and locked out of my account
